Worth the extra money going here instead of the one across the street.The front desk was super friendly and nice. The room was very clean, everything worked and I was especially surprised at the super fluffy newer pillows. I'm used to motel 6 pillows being flat so imagine my surprise haha.The mattress was also brand new and I slept very well I was even a few minutes late for checkout!Would recommend this location since it's super convenient to get to as well.

This Motel 6 is the best Motel 6 I’ve tried so far, the manager & receptionists all very warm & caring, the whole team of them are absolutely great & very supportive! The India girl named Srivani is so sweet & always smiling to me, she’s so helpful & wonderful!I love this Motel 6 & I’ll always come back here?

Had a clogged toilet for over a day..took until next day to get maintenance to unclog..no room cleaning either..

Not every room is equal. However, the service provided by Akhil i believe is impeccable. He always makes checking-in a breeze. But just like the rooms, not all employees are equal either. Some give better service than others. I keep coming back because of how well Akhil treats us. Thank you Akhil!

I had to stay there for some time. I know all the staff. Always been sweet. I'm gonna miss them. Motel 6 needs to buy and replace those old nasty towels and bedding. Housekeeping don't want to speak English! That a problem. Take care everyone you took good care of me. Denise

The service from the moment I have arrived has been excellent. Nadia answered all my questions and was very helpful and friendly. The Motel 6 room is clean and nice and the location is close to fast food and other business. I would definitely be a return customer in the future and the price was best I found around.Rooms: Rooms are clean and good amenitiesSafety: Easy accessibility for people with physical disabilities and not safety conernsNoteworthy details: They have vending machines, ice maker, and laundry on the first floor. All easily accessible.

I have tried to report the following negative experience to the Motel 6 hotline, the staff on-site, G6 Hospitality (the licensing corporation), as well as the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce. The operator belittled the experience of not being able to freely access the dirty room with my pet in tow, and humiliated me on the phone by attacking my character and hanging up on me just after their call center closed. The parent company and chamber of commerce have just ignored the complaints. A recent communication from the city implied uncertainty of the city’s ability to assist in preventing this behavior in the future.This motel is substandard considering the $100+ /night price tag. When I stayed here last, they were renting out rooms management themselves could not access half the time because of a glitchy room key tool, which wasn’t fixed for at least 3-4 days.Aside from not refunding the entire stay because of their error, the rooms were filthy, covered in grime and the regular roach/water bug. Bring your own sheets.If you have an issue that isn’t a glorified review, nobody on the staff will provide their real names, up to and including managers and the “owner”. Every positive review on this page mentions a different name, no one which is a name I was given when trying to file a complaint. Management flat out ignores genuine complaints. This is bad business and victimizes the most vulnerable in the community.

Stayed over the weekend. The first room had cockroaches so after informing them they moved us to another room. We made sure to remind them of what type of room we had when we got to the new room it was tiny, had no coffee maker, microwave, or fridge (items included with superior rooms), and it smelled awful. Aired out the room and came back later that evening and thankfully the smell was mostly gone. Then the pool flood lights came on. They light the room up like it was noon day light at 11pm at night. The lights DID NOT turn off till 6am. Worst motel 6 I've ever been too. Go anywhere else.Rooms: Small, outdated, and filled with cockroaches.

HORRIBLE place to stay! I came here last week for a concert, and when we checked in everything seemed decent minus the clump of someone’s hair that we found left in the shower. Unfortunate as we all wanted to quickly shower after a long travel day! We got back to the hotel late Friday night and on Saturday morning I woke up around 7am to find not one but THREE cockroaches, 1 was on the bathtub, 1 in the toilet and 1 on the floor next to one of the beds ! It was absolutely disgusting that we left the motel early(30 minutes after finding them) I called after and asked to speak with a manager who said they could take $10 off the room then I told her that is not right and the owner only offered $20. At this point I am tired of going back and forth and don’t feel like i should’ve been charged for a room that had multiple cockroaches. I checked my bank statement and they charged me the full price. I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend as I would have rather slept in my car.

Well I am feeling discriminated because where are Hispanic by a lady so call supervisor ot person in charge at front desk... After staying at this motel front 02/28/23 more then 2 months with my family in to 05/28/23.In this time I did have to phone call regarding loud noice during the night shift but the guys at front desk where really poly us how they told to me about th complaints ..But on the last week this superviser of the morning shift call me saying that she couldnt renew my station after de 05/28/23 vbecause of somany complaying because of the kids been loud .. The day it was no only my kids there where 3 other gets kids playing with my kids.. and we where the only ones been notice of this.My husband try getting the room. Again and she say no because she had complaying that the kids where asking for money ..Them my mother try getting the room for us for next day..And this so call supervisor tels my mother the she could not because the people on the first level had may many complainsAbout us...From all this it was only us and all complaining where during with this person incharge of the morning shift and the only ones been out of the motel..When suposstly the other family's where notify and no renew there stay ..how do I know there still there because my mother is still staying at the motel and I have to go see her..

Saw two roaches in the room, plus another bug. Hotel is next to a car lot which frequently has car alarms going off. Room was never cleaned or new towels brought during our 5-day stay.

The treatment of the staff is excellent, the cleanliness is impeccable and very good parking spaces. Very nice to be with the family and the pool is always clean
