Montclaire has a very responsible and responsive Admin and maintenance staff. I had accidentally dropped my wallet at the parking lot and was unaware that I had lost it. The maintenance and admin staff (Luis Rodriguez and Maria Magana) found it while they were on their duty rounds and promptly returned it to me at my residence. Their sincere and responsible actions saved me a lot of trouble and anxiety!

Angel Palomares was great in identifying the problem regarding switches not working and fixed it with considerable efforts. Again next week there was a leaking sink and he fixed the problem within 10 minutes.

Been with montclaire Apt P103 for about 10 years now.I have observed the good behavior of Ms Maria Magana maintenance employee of montclaire She is hard working and very helpful , I guess not only to me but for all other residents here. She keeps the laundry area so clean every morning and the patio, cooking place, there is no such time i saw her idle.Ms Maria Magana is an asset of montclaire sunnyvsle.

I have lived in this apartment for five years. They were great in the past but now good luck finding someone to help you in the front office and hiking up the prices constantly. There maintenance crew is very good and friendly, but their front desk support after COVID is a 1 out of 10. Thanks to them they have impacted my credit score record by the sudden price increase on a monthly basis and getting hit with penalties and other strange fees. This is the only place I had late payments due to their terrible service and process system. I cannot wait to find a new place and move out. Renters remorse for sure. Management should step in or get out.

Really stupid and thieve management. I moved in as soon, the appliances were not working, it was too old, I talked to the management to replace they didn’t I moved out they didn’t give my money back and the deposit even tho they charged me more. They are not honest and really rude management. I am going to file the complaint against them, they are lairs and stupid. It was dirty on my move in I cleaned it, now they are the one charging me for the dirty and burned kitchen that never been used by me the manager stupid knows that already ????

Great Maintainence team. Shoutout to Jose and his team for quick and friendly care of all the maintenance issues.Property is old and hasn’t had any upgrades in the apartments in a long time which is extremely sad as it creates more issues that the maintenance team has to fix and is sometimes outside their control such as insects and pests.

I loved my experience with the leasing team for the Montclaire. They helped with a self guided tour and had clean, spacious apartments. The community was quiet and well-maintained, and Angelica, my support team member, was so nice! They communicated with me through text and were prompt and available. Great experience overall!

I recently went through the application process for Montclaire Apartments, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire experience was streamlined and efficient, making it one of the smoothest application processes I've encountered in my apartment hunt.Estefani Mata has been a great communicator and has handled all our request efficiently.

The sales person will never tell you about the deposit increase until the last moment. I was told the deposit would be $600 and after few days of applying I received email saying that my deposit would be extra $2600 and if I am okay to pay the extra deposit then only my application would be approved. I didn't just want to pay extra deposit and conveyed the same to which I got a call from sales person and was told that I won't get my $300 deposit back because it's already past 24 hours for the application. Seriously, you asked for extra deposit than initially promised to which I responded in email within hour and just because I disagreed you won't be returning my deposit I paid during the application. Don't know how ethical is this?Update: Later I got call from Montclaire Apartment and was told that my deposit will be returned.

Just moved out. Hopefully to never come back. Service is terrible. Constant water problems (mains breaking, heaters breaking). Mass mail theft twice in less than 3 years.

horrible customer service at this place. Came in 5 mins early with a confirmed appointment and yet no agent sent us any instructions beforehand. Called the number listed in the confirmation email and was told too bad the agent didn't send you the instructions beforehand please reschedule!

Before application, they told me the deposit is $400, this was written on my application. Before my application, the staff sent me expense details with $400 deposit. However, after I applied for it (paid application fee $348), they raised the deposit to $2700. I also proved that my income is 3 times the rent. And the move-out date have to be Monday, sounds very inconvenient. Don't know this is legal or not LOL.Not trustworthy, I didn't sign the lease.

Most unsafe apartments ever. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A CC CAMERA TO PROTECT THE RESIDENTS!!!! SERIOUSLYYYY!! All the of packages of residents get stolen ALL THE TIME. Local authorities must enforce action on this unprotected and unsafe apartments!!!!

Very smooth process. I was a bit upset that the rent went up the day my application payment went through. But Edgar was very good with answering my questions and the apartment was clean when I moved in. Overall 5/5 definitely recommend especially in this location.
