A big thank you to Rainaldo Valdovinos for fixing my leaking sink and broken cabinet latches, I couldn’t be happier with the service! Rainaldo was very professional, friendly, and highly skilled. This was the second time he has helped with a maintenance issue, and once again, he resolved everything efficiently and promptly. Not only did Rainaldo fix everything perfectly, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing, which showed just how knowledgeable he is at what he does.

I am a second year resident in the community. Whenever we have a need for maintenance, we file a support ticket, and a maintenance officer shows up to deal with all our issues.
We had a clogged sink situation in the kitchen, and the handyman showed up in no time to fix it. As usual, super professional, quick and reliable - it’s Rainaldo Valdovinos, who already responded to our queries, and is always very helpful.

Service is always on time. I have gotten locks and blinds replaced multiple times. Rainaldo has been the service tech the last few times and he’s quick to replace whatever’s needed or fix what can be.

I had a fantastic experience with the maintenance team here. The maintenance staff Rainaldo Valdovinos was prompt and efficient in fixing my toilet. He not only resolved the issue shortly after I requested the maintenance, but also went the extra mile to clean the water tank, which was much appreciated. Excellent maintenance team!
