Manager Justin is nice and highly responsible at work with a positive & sincere attitude. She addressed the plumbing issue at my unit even on the weekend (she coordinated with the plumber and got it fixed though it was not a working day). She is so friendly with children & my daughter likes her very much as she always wishes her with a smile & shows a kind of affection. Also, she greets us nicely with the most positive attitude whenever we see her in the Miramar premises. We noticed that Her plans look good with respect to improvements at Miramar (Gym, taking care of timely tree cutting, cleaning, addressing car parking lots' lights fixes, plan of replacing old stuff in old units to make tenants comfortable, etc.). Compared to earlier management, the current manager's working style looks good. We feel she is giving her best to Miramar in her possible limits. We sincerely appreciate her working style. Keep going!!

This is my 4th year in the apartment and for next year also, I am renewing the lease. I want to thank Justine, new apartment Manager, for the work she has been doing in the apartment.With the frequent managers changes, things were going out of control, certain set of people were not following rules, parking the cars anywhere, playing loud music, lot of disturbance in nights etc. Because of all this, we planned to move out of the apartment, as we are having little babies and we sleep early. However, as the new manager joined we started seeing the changes.:1) People are now again following the rules. I rarely see issues with parking and now almost no disturbance.2) Earlier people used to play loud music in cars, in parking area, and in the apartments, in the nights. This is controlled now.3) Kids are playing in a proper designated places.4) Gym is getting improved. I can see new machines weight in it.5) She is having plans and renovating the club house and many more things in the apartments.6) Manger is very polite and friendly.7) I admire the way she is trying to handle the things. In every task, she performs, we can see some positive intentions in that. There are certain things, in my home, which were not as per the lease agreement. Very politely she raised that concern and got them corrected and I did not mind.8) She is kids loving manager. My 8 yrs daughter always come home, after playing and sometimes she tells me how nicely manager talks to her and her friends.9) Good place to live. Apartment is near to El Camino real and Ponderosa park. Indian grocery stores and other markets are also near.10) Neighbors are also very friendly and respectful.Because of all these, we changed our mind and again renewing the lease.If you obey the rules and respect others then definitely this apartment is an awesome place to live and manager like Justine is here for your help.Last but not least: Jose, maintenance person is also an awesome guy. Very focused, down to earth. He helps immediately after the problem is reported. Very different from old maintenance team.

Excellent management and beautiful apartaments.I have been living here for 5 years and I recommend Miramar Plaza Apartments to everyone.Update- Management has changed and she has been kind, attentive & patient.

I have been living here in Miramar Plaza Apartments and I love this apartment. Here are some of the reasons why:(1) The current manager ( Justine ) is very polite and kind.(2) The apartment has very good facilities and management.(3) The manager makes rules for this apartment, and she always comes up with innovative ideas and ways to solve problems.(4) The gym has new accessories for us.(5) Seeing many new changes.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a few years now, the new manager Justine Salinas has been great at listening to residents and gets things done when needed to be addressed. Since she started I’ve noticed a change of environment she enforced cleanliness and proper trash disposal as previous managers didn’t seem to care about any of these things.The previous managers were very unprofessional, rude and unproductive so I’m glad they finally hired a manager who is attentive, friendly and blunt about things! She always makes sure things are done in a timely manner!

The current manager (Justine) was very helpful and friendly.. I’ve been living here for more than 15 years and my son went to kindergarten and finished his High school and i could say that this apartment and the area are totally safe to live with. On top of that, anything that need to get fix in the place, Just call the Justine and she’s always on top of it till it gets done.

I recently moved and I have never lived in such a nice place, the garden is beautiful, the neighborhood is friendly, the apartments are very new, great location and security. The community manager is very friendly and is always promoting events for the neighborhood and the leasing office has been very efficient in improving and solving all the problems of the condominium.

I am delighted with the new manager Justine and the maintenance crew. The team has been here for a short time but have seen lots of improvement already. I especially love that they are enforcing the rules. I see negative reviews, and I attribute it to people not liking change.

It’s is very bad experience in Miramar apartments. The lady manager is not good it is very bad and she don’t know how to talk any one so ridiculous behavior. The apartment are good but the manager is not good. I only want to say that please change the manager.

hi i am sharing my point of view about this plaza i am leaving here from last 5 years i have no problem at all good management till now but now when they hire new lady manager she don’t know how to deal with residence so rude and showing up attitude that telling that i have 10 yrs experience and i am very disappointed with her service and i refer 4 apartments in this complex and this is last lease in this complex i saw first manager ever like this from 5 years.i am telling you what she did with me i came from work i parked my car in front of leasing office for some work and she towed away my vehicle without giving any single warning and when i suppose to talk with her about this matter and she even don’t want to talk on that and just started argument and saying i don’t want to argument with you saying i have 10 yrs experience very bad management right now its humble request to them who hire this manager plz talk to her and tell her something about management ho to deal at last i want to add one more thing m coming three day’s regular to speak with her i didn’t see her in office there is two door in office out door its shows open but when we enter inside door its closed all tho just wanna move from here now.never happened like this before in 5 years.it’s horrible bad experience at allhumble request to property owner plz talk to her as soon as possible to tell her how to deal with residence i am here from 5 years no complain nothing like that.thanks

The apartments at this location are great. Hanser the manager showed me the apartments and the surroundings and it was a very pleasant experience since at all the time he was very friendly and courteous. Thank you for making the search for a new home more enjoyable.
