The food was good. It was a little loud but people were enjoying themselves so it was okay.

Tingzi porridge uses shredded pork instead of fish fillets, and the porridge has a fishy smell. The service was average, the crab roe was not real, and I had to wait a long time to pay the bill before the waiter came.

Ordered food through their own website, went to pick up but I was told they never got the order. No apology or explanation. For refund, they said "wait for the website to contact".

Hong Kong Cantonese food with a star Chef who has done this for decades. I love this place both for dinner and dim sumPRO:- Great food, great portion size- Fresh and done consistently Hong Kong style- Big portions for dim sum- Big menu including things that only indigenous Chinese people eat (ie. XO, clay pot, frogs legs etc.)CON:- Dim sum is expensive- Some dinner items expensive but no more than other places- Can be a wait when busySUMMARY:I love that this is a family run place. They care about their food and their guests. Food is consistently delicious and fresh. Dim sum is premium quality.

My wife and I had the worst dinner recently in this restaurant. We ordered 3 dishes for the table bill of $86 for two of us. The food is absolutely terrible. The Hong Kong style spareribs were too dry and the meat was from yesterday for sure. The tofu and mushrooms were too salty and too much MSG. When I complained about the Tofu was too salty. The waiter offered to get me a new one, but when the "newly cooked" Tofu with Mushrooms came out, the taste was the same except the whole dish got cold. I am pretty sure they didn't do anything with the original dish. We ended up finishing 1/3 of the food only and didn't even bother to take the left over home. Avoid this place if you can. Don't waste your money ?

The elderly man at the counter completely ignored the customer's requests.I ordered online 30 minutes ago, only to discover upon arrival that the restaurant hadn't started preparing anything. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I asked him to check if my order was ready, and he casually waved his hand, mumbling a few words like he was dismissing a child. (I suspect he might be a passerby brought in to help temporarily.)I really like the food here, but anyone planning to order should be cautious because they don't respect customers' time or requests.Btw, the old men told me not to order “Roast Pork Combo” because it would make them too much trouble to cook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TL;DR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Waited for 50 minutes, counter staff ignored my requests, seemed reluctant to interact with me.

Incredible food and thoughtful service. My father loves eating lunch here. I brought my friends here today, and the waitresses packed our food into takeout boxes for us. The food here is so comforting, flavorful, and delicious. The vegetables are crisp after being blanched and sauteed. I can see myself having dinner here after a long day at work. Across different sections in the menu, the portions are quite generous.

The service is AWFUL!1. Wait very very long to get assigned a table. Wait very very very long to get the food ordered. 20mins after we order our food, they came to tell us the dish is sold out.2. The table is super dirty. We asked the waiter and he just cleaned (wiped) it with hand. grease, oil and rice still all over the table after the “cleaning”.3. Price is unclear - we ordered a $28 fish dish and it turned out to be sold out. The waiter recommended another one and told us it’s $32, which was ok to us. 10min later, right before cooking, the waiter came and told us it’s per pound not per dish. The dish would be $80. Speechless for all of these.I just want to have a meal after a tiring day. But it turned out to be endless waiting, awful service and ridiculous pricing. This restaurant ruined my dinner and my day.

For takeout, the beef fat noodles (gan cao niu he in my bad Mandarin) is excellent. Tender slices of beef and a decent amount of veggies. Also, their mixed meats platter.
