Bad experience I just went and there is a little boy who can't help you with anything at all, the only thing he needed was to put a phone on my plan

I became a customer here one month ago and was informed that my monthly payment would be $50 a month. However I just received my first bill and was informed by the company my monthly payment is going to be $75/month in perpetuity. Deeply unacceptable.
