Came here because I had a replacement delivered to me by Ausrion and they couldn't even activate my phone which is pathetic. So after paying a deductible, I received my replacement but no SIM card. Came to this location and this wonderful associate, Johnny helped me with everything from activating, to answering some questions I had and recommended some accessories which I purchased. Very helpful, come here and ask for Johnny if you have any questions, he is your guy ??.

I came first but for unknown reason they allowed a man who came after me to be served first. When I asked why, the male worker said “because that customer doesn’t speak English” does it mean that another worker (female) only serves Spanish-speaking customers and they have one line for English speaking customers and one for the rest? I didn’t understand. But I feel like everyone should be equal and they should serve in first come first served order

They are not professional, charged for things and not tell you and on top of that you get receipt for almost half the price so are they putting it in their pockets or what??? And this is the second time happened at this location.

I was there today for a new phone activation on my S21 fe. The gentleman working was so nice, I forgot to get his name, what a great guy! I was shocked to see how customers treat employees. Not 1x but 2x, nasty words, threats to him, hollering, ect. Blaming him for your phone issues? Job well done to the employee for standing his ground so respectfully. You were most helpful to me and I thank you.

I usually dont go out my way to write a bad review.Yesterday a guy working there during the closing shift, with curly hair and no uniform was weird. He didn't want to help at all and was really pushy. Didn't listen to what we actually wanted and kept pushing his ideas. Dont go to this shop, unless you want unnessesary headaches. I went to a different Metro before this and the difference in customer service is insane.I find out after calling support, he gave me wrong information and I cant edit my account at all through customer service. Dont go to this one, big waste of time and money.Also don't listen to their reply to this post, let all the legitimate one star ratings all the way down speak for itself.

This place is ridiculous. I was looking for a iPhone for my son because his phone was not working properly. The workers in this location are not professional. The young lady with the colorful hair was just chewing her gum, sitting down on her phone, and was so unprofessional. Everyone that works at any Metro PCS store are not properly trained. They sit on their behinds and are extremely lazy and super unprofessional. I asked if they had any iPhones available she said the only phones available was iPhone 14. I'm not spending that much money for a 14 year old. Their inventory was ridiculous so I left. Will never go there again they need to hire people who care about customers and their jobs.Metro PCS will not do anything about the reviews. I've read a lot of the reviews by other customers about the young lady Jasmine with the colorful hair. Her with ethics is horrible and she's still works here. She needs to be trained to be a properly to be a professional saleswoman.

Worst customer service by jasmine. According to her that is her name. But she is a Really rude and uneducated person. To not help me out with a payment and say i can’t enter the store and if I didn’t like her attitude to go to another store that there’s more store where I can go. So unprofessional.

Yup that lady with colored hair and oversmart attitude needs to go. She definitely needs training to be at least courteous enough to get off the seat. I take that back after reading other reviews I think someone glued her there. :)Ranting apart, here's what happened. We go in and asks if a particular phone is in stock, they say yes and they have many of those. When we mention the offer on that device it's suddenly out of stock. After the experience at the store I think my current service provider might be a bit expensive but way more customer friendly.
