As a first time SFH buyer in bay area, I had to overcome a few hurdles including but not limited to 1) lack of deep knowledge on pros/cons of different areas and neighborhood in Bay Area, assessment of house conditions and costs to fix the conditions, 2) lack of experience on extracting critical information from hundreds of pages of inspection/disclosure documents; 3) overcome psychological stress in bidding in the hot housing market in bay area. Mary Tian literally lifted me up to overcome all the three difficulites through her deep professional knowledge, excellent work ethics & personality and great guidance (#3 was the biggest challenge I had after observing housing price keeps increasing 5~10% per month for a few months in a row and almost any reasonably good house receives >10 offers ). Without Mary being my agent, it's impossible for me to successfully complete purchasing a house (>16 offers) I like with a fair market price in the hot market in a fairly short period of time. If you have some of similar challenges like I had, I'd highly recommend working with Mary. If you don't have any of the challenges that I had, I'd also recommend reaching out to Mary and talk to her. Her great personality, work ethics, and generous/excellent guidance could be great use to address the challenges you have.

I am an investor, having worked with multiple real estate agents, I find Johnson to be sincere, trustworthy and most importantly he has a great sense of responsibility. There is no need to compromise on the quality of service and having excellent work ethics. Johnson delivers on all aspects of the buying process. We were able to close within 2 weeks from offer acceptance to loan underwriting and closing. Throughout the entire process, Johnson was making sure that I am protected and advocated for me to keep my contingency even though I was confident in closing. This is the type of realtor that you’ll need to watch your backs and make sure you’re getting the best deal. Johnson is also extremely pro-active in reaching out to the selling agent almost daily to make sure things don’t fall through the cracks. I never have to call Johnson twice to get a response and he’s extremely knowledgeable in the underwriting process for mortgage loans as he was previously a loan agent as well.All in all, it’s like having a second person who cares about buying this home as much as you do to help watch your back and make sure you get the best offer for your home.

He is a reliable and responsible agent who devoted lots of his energy and time on my home buying process, and did all he could do to help me get my dream house. Please run away....We did a transaction with one of their broker who was the broker agent for seller and buyer and also was part of the buyer. There is a big conflict of interest, we did not sign any consent form and in the escrow was closed with fulfilling the disclosure contracts.

We recently worked with Wendy Wang for my home purchase and we are 100% satisfied with her work. Wendy is very patient and nice, as she treats us warmly like family members. Wendy has a quick response all the time. For each house we are trying to place offer, she would tour at least twice with us, and share her own opinions on what’s are pros and cons for the house. She thinks through all the details for the buyer and always provides with suggestions about if this house is suitable for us. Wendy also follows up with seller during rental back after the closing.
