What an amazing experience! Sirius was the BEST and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. The space is very inviting and we are beyond excited about the mattress and pillow purchases we made. Beautiful showroom, very serene with soft soothing music. Idf left alone long enough could actually fall asleep. The staff is superb , friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our requirements. They really helped find the best solution!

The show room is immaculate, service from the team today, October 8, 2024 is also immaculate. Professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable. Of the two showrooms I’ve been to (Dallas and now SF) this San Francisco one is the absolute best! What a team!!! Thank you SF team! Truly, Droid and family.

Kanna was AMAZING! Her professionalism second to none. Kanna has a thorough understanding and knowledge about the product and company she represents. She is an absolute asset to Saatva. Haven’t slept on our new bed. I’ll follow up on that later.
August 27, 2024 As promised, months later, we have been sleeping soundly on our Saatva RX designed for chronic back/joint conditions: Hubby says "Its not plush plush. However, very comfortable. Lumbar zone support is awesome. Contours to your butt and back. Rollover to side and your feel supported. We are not thrilled with the massage feature which doesn't penetrate the 15 inch mattress that much. But I would highly recommend the RX. From night one, I found that my sleep was much deeper and I feel much more rested in the morning than I ever did on my old mattress. I really really appreciate the 365 day warranty. But don't think we will need to use it.

The service here was outstanding and is really demonstrating the future of retail and why it's still so necessary.
We ended up making our purchase online since the sale we wanted to take advantage of was ending and it was after hours but we never would have made that purchase if we didn't go in person and have such a good and informative experience.
We worked with the manager Robert directly, but everyone there was super helpful. They don't work on commission so no one was pushy or hovering but they also were always available the moment you needed. It was so noticable I said to my wife when we left "wow finally a positive in store experience, they seem few and far between these days".
Our mattress hasn't arrived just yet so I can't speak to the final product just yet but we're excited and confident after trying it at the store.

My experience with Echo in the SF store was STELLAR! Echo was gracious, professional, very knowledgeable and such a pleasant individual to deal with. All of our questions were answered and adequate time and personal space was afforded to us to try out different mattresses. Everyone at the store
All employees at SAATVA are uncommissioned, meaning there’s a living wage for them and no hard sell to the customer. The sales floor is gorgeous with many models to sample. Near each model in the showroom is an interactive touchscreen where you can take your time to familiarize yourself with the product and compare features.
I should say here, that I’m very loyal to the SAATVA brand. This is a third purchase for me! I first purchased from SAATVA when they were just starting out online circa 2015. The 365 day try out at home offer was too good to pass up. That, along with white glove delivery and their customer care persuaded me to take a chance with the newbie company. I’ve never looked back.
Mattresses from Saatva are made to order and take 9-21 days to be available for delivery, so bear this in mind, next day or next week delivery isn’t an option.(Delivery is contracted out and the companies I’ve dealt with were professional and efficient, with excellent communication skills.)
But it is so worth waiting for! I’ve owned 2 classic firms (a hybrid of springs and memory foam) and bought a full latex mattress this time for an increase in firmness that appealed to my spouse and me. The quality of the materials used in manufacture is superb, organic latex, New Zealand wool resulting in what I feel is soothing, comfortable and pro-sleep.
Prices here and online are reasonable and they always seem to have a special going. So jump in (on) get you a SAATVA post haste!

I actually bought mine based on recommendation from a close friend. I researched a variety of other options online and decided the patented support strip across the center was what I needed. After my online research and repeat visits to the website, I got a couple of discounts. The guy I spoke with at company HQ honored them both and I received my new mattress a couple of weeks later. My back, neck and hips Totally appreciate my new mattress ☺️

Amazing product and customer service. Seriously blown away by this company. We were looking for mattresses and visited here during our tour of all the furniture stores.
The sales people onsite didn't pressure us at all and we wound up leaving with some things to think about. Well after doing more research we learned about their Solaire product that has two individually adjustable firmness levels. We went back and tried it out and fell in love. It has such a nicer top than something like a Sleep Number. And they have a 365 day in home trial on the product.
Today I put that trial to the test by exchanging our Queen that we ordered for a King. I paid the difference and it is now on order.
I love the bed, I love the service and I would recommend this brand 100% over and over.
