Had the best customer service experience right from the minute I entered the store. I was looking for a really specific item for our son. The customer service lady was knowledgeable and helped me order it right away. It will be delivered to my house within a week. Great experience will definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

Do not come to this store if you're a person of color. My family came one year ago and had a wonderful African American man helped us and was very friendly. Today, as an Asian woman, I was completely ignored while shopping. Then when a white man entered the store, they were immediately greeted, introductions and recommendations were made, while I received nothing of the sort. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

Overall the staff did a good job! But unlike some other mattress seller, Mattress Firm will not take away old mattress for free. In order to do that you need to pay 100 extra service fee(the staff gave me $20 discount, thanks!), which was unexpected for me.

Julio was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses didn't try to push me into something I didn't want but help me find the right fit for me I will be returning in the future to get another mattress for my guest room soon

We were well taken care throughout the entire experience when we came in to find a mattress that we love and was in our price range. Ron who is the manager there was superb and made the entire experience stress free and quite enjoyable. Our mattress wasn't in stock, so we had to wait several weeks for it to get delivered. Ron would call and check in on us periodically before and even and after our mattress was delivered. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a mattress.

We had the worst interaction with the man working at the store on April 22 2023. To give context to the situation. We have two dogs that are well trained. We would take them shopping with us. Before entering a store we always ask if dogs are allowed. If not one of us would wait outside with the dogs whilst the other goes inside. Simple right. In no manner do we expect anything other than to be treated with kindness and respect. However this man at the store made a condensing remark about bringing the dogs shopping to a mattress store. My husband walked out as he is not going to have anyone speak to him that way. Especially if we did not bring the dogs inside and we made no fuss about it. I went inside to ask for him name and he would not give it to me. Then tells me that I am being hostile when I said he could not be insulting towards potential customers. He proceeds to lecture me that I should behave and I would not like it if he did acted like this if it were my house. No matter how I tried to reason with him he would not let me finish. He would talk over me. He just was completely unapproachable. First of all I was not hostile towards him. He was hostile towards me for calling out his disrespectful behavior. Secondly I myself am a client facing individual. I have had to deal with clients that are rude etc but I always speak in a professional manner. Clients actually love me just because I am so even keeled. For this man to teach me how to have manners is almost laughable. *** Message to the store manager. Please provide trainings to this individual as he is in need to learn on how to interact with customers. If he has personal opinions it's best to keep it to himself.On a happy note we ended up at Manchini sleepworld. We asked like we did at mattresses firm if they allowed dogs and they said no problem. Ended up spending over $4,000 dollars on a new mattress. The staff even commented how well behaved our pups where which was nice of them. Even if manchini sleepworld said no we don't allow dogs we would have still been happy to buy a mattress from them just because they were customer friendly. No one wants to spend money at a place that treats them like crap.PS. Looks like this location has disabled on Google to leave them reviews. Hmmm I wonder why .

Great customer service. Our sales representative, Les, made buying a new mattress really easy. He was informative, communicative, extremely helpful and not at all pushy. We’re very happy with our experience.
