I highly recommend Manish Jewewls! I have bought two items in two separate occasions (one in store and one online) and the team (shoutout to Mack and to Shell) was super cordial, kind and helpful. Both items had to been modified and this was done in a super time efficient manner. This will remain my go-to store for jewels in Dubai for sure!

Beware, they sell fake gold. They don’t have tools to test gold. They will tell you if it’s fake bring it back and we will exchange.

We have come here a few times to buy nose pins, but will not return again. They have bumped up the prices every time we have come, and are extremely rude.

The design are good. But host are not. They are all keep saying that it's cheaper then India but if you asked one or two questions they will get irritated and not even showing anymore items...they just say do u really want to buy or not...not a Little value for customer..... very rude.....
Judge the people from cloths and treat it from there....not at all value for customer....

Absolutely poor quality customer service and very rude behaving Owners. They don't like showing the jewelry to customers as if it's a waste of their time! If you don't show then how are people going to buy the jewelry! They are running business here but no sense of customer service or respect!

Oh my, where do I even begin with this catastrophe of a customer service experience? It was absolutely the worst, like, in years, you know? The owner, he thinks he's running a business in India or something. It's just so totally unprofessional, like, seriously, I can't even. He goes around making false promises left and right, trying to push their phony products on you. And don't even get me started on their exchange policy – it's a complete joke!So, I go in there wanting to exchange this ring, right? It's a size too small, and guess what? They don't even have the same design in the right size! Instead of being helpful and offering me something suitable, the guy starts yammering about some other ring with a completely different style and, get this, an extra 300 bucks! Can you believe it? I mean, come on!I'm trying to explain that it's a gift for me, you know, but he's like, "Come back in 4 months, and maybe we'll have it in a bigger size." Hello, the exchange window is just 7 days! Are they for real?So, I'm like, "Alright, I want a refund then." And that's when it gets personal, like, super personal. He starts calling me cheap and saying I can't afford their overpriced stuff. And, get this, he even called me uneducated! Can you believe the nerve of this guy?Seriously, stay away from these goons, like, just run in the opposite direction. There are so many better options out there with way cheaper prices and actually decent customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, seriously!
