“It's not often that I will go out of my way to write a review, much less for a UPS store, but yet the service here in the short time I was here left me such an impression. Run more like a mom & pop shop (in the best way possible), I was seen, advised, and taken care of within the few minutes I arrived. Hai (I hope I'm remembering your name right) went out of his way to ensure my package was taken care of.

While the best UPS store is the one open and closest, I'd urge you to consider this store if you're considering at all the service you want to receive. I consider myself lucky to have this one be both.”

“This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”

“I came in this store and it was really busy but I just want to say the three young girls Rona, Brenda, and Briana working at the store are really fast, efficient and explain things very well! They made the long line go by really fast; I’m definitely coming back here!”

“This is the best package returning experience I think I've ever had. I normally hate returning packages, even thinking about going to USPS and standing in that line for an hour just to get yelled at by a worker makes me anxious, so I spent 3 weeks procrastinating the return. I set aside a hour of my day to go and return my package and imagine my surprise when I walked in and the process was so speedy that I spent no more than 30 seconds in the entire store. The workers were so friendly, nice, and efficent, I wished that I had more packages to return just so I could have that excellent customer service again. Genuinely brightened my entire day.”
