I recently had my car serviced here and I am such a very happy and satisfied customer. I've had my Honda since 2013 right off the showroom floor and have kept it serviced throughout the years. Over time and miles you have to began replacing parts and many other things that can wear out. I had some major items to be replaced and it was costing me pretty much half of what the car may be worth at the dealer. I was told about Made in Japan/USA/Europe from a family member and all I can say is I'm so grateful for the referral. Not only did the repairs cost much less than I would have had to pay, they are just so honest and up front about everything. I have one more item to be repaired that was not on the original work order at that time, however, I will be taking my car back for that repair. This is such a friendly and caring family establishment that's all about the quality and service they provide. I highly recommend them for your all your vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

I have had horrible luck with mechanics. As a woman who isn't car-savvy, I can't help but feel like other mechanics take advantage of this and charge me for unnecessary repairs. I took my car in to Made in Japan late last year for a 2nd opinion on some extremely expensive repairs done by another mechanic (De Anza Auto Repair) that I had been told by other mechanics was not necessary. Luckily I spoke with Nicky (sic?), a fellow woman, who made me feel a lot better about the chunk of change I forked out. The techs did a general inspection of my car and it got a clean bill of health. The bill wasn't bad either for the inspection compared to De Anza Auto.Then the horrible winter storms happened in January and suddenly I found myself driving my car to Made in Japan with a leaking roof. They were fast, efficient, organized, communicative, and kind while working with me and my insurance to repair the water damage in my car's interior. They were reasonable with regard to cost - about half the cost of what I was paying at De Anza Auto. And then this morning (10/24) my car would not start. Nicky and a tech (I'm so sorry, I forgot his name) came to my apartment (!!!) to jump my car and they themselves drove my car to the shop so that I didn't have to deal with a tow truck. Throughout this ordeal they were communicative and explained what was going on to me in terms that I could understand. They quickly got my car back to me before the end of the work day. And THEN about 30 mins after picking up my car, it would not fully start in my grocery store parking lot. Nicky and another tech drove all the way from Made in Japan to my grocery store, after their work hours, to see what was going in with my car. They were able to figure it out and I was able to drive home without the same issue happening. They were so kind to me and didn't make me feel bad at all for coming all the way out to my neck of the woods.The professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and kindness they have shown towards me has changed the way I view going to the mechanic. They aren't trying to rip me off, and I can tell through their actions. The fact they drove to my location TWICE in one day (my neighborhood is pretty far from the shop, too) is noteworthy and commendable. They actually care about their customers, unlike other auto shops. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Made in Japan. Thank you, Nicky, Sean (sic?), and the technician team for treating me and your customers with respect always.

Nicky at the Front Desk was super helpful and helped my partner and I answer questions about their business. We actually meant to go to another location, but glad we met the team at Made in Japan! I would recommend a visit! Hopefully we can meet again soon!

Honest repair shop with good prices. They always gave me good advice even when it wasn't in their financial interest to do so, since they know that long-term, giving good advice to customers keeps them coming back. I originally came to them to replace my Subaru's brake pads, since they gave me the lowest quote when I called around to several different shops (and the final price I paid matched the quote as well). I always go to them for oil changes as well, since their prices are competitive with Jiffy Lube for a full synthetic oil change, and they always let me know if they see any issues.Services: Brakes

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and offer good solutions. I don't get the feeling they're just price gouging like many auto shops will.

Highly recommended, honest family business, such excellent work, much wow!The AC in my Honda Accord 2018 suddenly stopped working for some reason. Since it's still under warranty, I took it to the Honda dealership and they quoted me $550 just for inspection (!?). I have heard good things about Made in Japan so I decided to take it here instead. The folks are extremely kind, helpful and communicative. They took in my car and got it done on the same day!My AC was fixed, air filters were replaced and tire pressure was filled for almost half of the cost from the dealership! My frugal self is beyond happy lolIt's not easy to find an honest business who cares about your car and provides such excellent service at a fair price. Thank you and hope you guys keep up the good work :)

We took our Honda Accord for a oil change. They have fantastic customer service and also they were really fast! Arshan helped us with our car and made great recommendations for our future maintenance requirements. Fair prices and excellent service! One thing we love about this place is that they don't try to up sale something that you don't need.

Excellent service, they call to walk you through the diagnosis, suggest preventative maintenance and have the skills to work on German nightmares. Great repair shop.
