I bought a GE washer Nov.2023 and the washer messed up Jan.2024, i only had the washer for 2 months, so i called the store to ask about the return policy, the young lady who answered the phone immediately started going off before I was able to talk to a manager. So i spoke with Tarsha, she guided me on what to do. i called GE about the washer, I call back to tell Tarsha what they said, i guess the young lady recognize my voice she hung up on me 3 x. i work in customer service also so I know you should treat others with respect kindness and be polite. When i finish talking with the customer service young lady I felt bad, sad, frustrated, irritated, horrible and very confused, trying to figure out what did I do wrong by being a great customer and asking a concerning question.

Start the first thing I noticed the customer service was super rude and super not helpful. The management of this place needs to get more training because they are not running the store right. I don't even know how they're even open. I ended hoping someone in the parking lot because they wouldn't help them load things into their car and there are roughly around 70 years old. While there was people whom seems like they were working in customer service, but they were outside smoking. I'm just staring at me because I was hoping if there's older woman who was roughly around in her 70s trying to load a vanity into her car. And then the next day I saw they post a ad about hire position for sale got the news to go interviews and It was 10 am and I went into the store to the customer service desk. Zero help add 00 none at all nice things that came out of this customer service persons, mouth, Only rude things and I was. Not happy about it .any she told me go home at 10 to come back 12 in very rude way and then this manger step in and they were arguing back-and-forth that we are not hiring, and was hire and then they look me and told me come back very nasty ton of voice at 12 pm when the interview on the website said to be there at 10 and I went home and came back 12 . They were back to arguing back-and-forth about who can do the interview and I was about to walk and look me force a unhappy manager to do the interview and the interview ended up being less than three minutes and then he said we will contact you in less than four days if you got it or not. Less than 24 hours into this interview process they said no, and then quickly took down that post, so whoever is doing this hiring process or posting should not have this position because it's a complete waste of time energy, and bs and idk why this store is running and operation. My best advice just stay away from this complete mess .I think ur better off going Home Depot down the road or in San Jose .

Lowe's installed a dishwasher. From day 1 it was defective, and the installers deemed it defective immediately. The Installers requested a replacement unit. ITS BEEN A MONTH and Lowe's continues to toss me around and not replace it. Kitchen Aid has reached out to Lowe's 5 times to help resolve, without any response. NOTHING. NEVER PURCHASING FROM LOWES AGAIN.

Lowe's in Mesquite in pitiful. It seems that is not only self checkout, but also find your own part or item you need. I went there today and it seems no one is available anywhere in the store to assist you. Now you can try to look up the item on your smartphone, get the aisle number and bin location for what you are needing and go find it yourself. No thanks, big box, I will be doing business with Elliots from now on-------a REAL hardware store.

One of the best garden centers in the South bay. This branch of Lowe’s is regularly stocked with a variety of indoor and outdoor plants. As an indoor plant lover, I find myself going to this place on a weekly basis as there is almost always something new in the collection to look at! The store is also conveniently located at a place where it is not too crowded and has an amazing parking lot in terms of space.

While the staff at the store were generally helpful, I do not recommend buying any appliances that require installation from Lowe's, because their one and only installation company, Premier Logistics, is very unprofessional. Among other complaints, they measured wrong, causing me to buy three different sized appliances, and they also cancelled installation several times for various lame excuses.

For a big chain store, the selection for a DIY homeowner is much better than its main rival Home Depot both in variety and quality. The inventory control is good, if an item's listed as available, it has been available as far as my experience goes. Can't say the same about the other chain. Service is acceptable for a big store, my expectations isn't high there.

Purchased washer and dryer. Was told to open a consumer account and receive 20% off. They had additional $150 off apliance's. I was told $20 % was applied and discount was applied. Neither was true. Then if there was a price drop they guaranteed a refund of difference. They lied again. $100 price drop on each item 12-19-23. Called. Waste of time. Ripoff artist. WILL NEVER BUY AT LOWES AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I hate to write reviews like this, but a recent incident at this Lowe's really made me question humanity. I called the store to inquire about a return I had made the previous day. What happened next was shocking. A lady answered the phone, sounding extremely rude and offering no help. When I asked for her name to document the incident, she responded by saying, "I was born without a name" and started giggling with her coworkers in the background. She then hung up on me. I was in shock. I called back a few more times, and each time, after hearing my voice, they purposely hung up on me. I was so upset that I drove to that Lowe's store, even though I was far away, to see if I could speak to the store manager about the behavior of their employees. I now have a fear of ever buying anything from this Lowe's store. The treatment I received from this Lowe's really made me question humanity. Lowe's Sunnyvale, if you're reading this review, you've just lost a customer.

I noticed that all Lowe's locations are poorly rated. The main issue at this Lowe's is that they do not have staff available at the different departments and finding assistance is a real challenge. That being said, the staff is friendly and try to help and for that reason I'm giving this location a 2 star rating and not a 1 star.

So in case you're wondering. The "Pro" department isn't actual a department full of professionals. So don't expect to get professional help just by walking in. I called ahead to make sure someone who could provide professional building advice for a car port would be able to help me out. When I walk in 1 of the 3 available people acknowledges me, all 3 were on their phones. When I tell her what I'm trying to do, it's clear she has no idea how to help me. So she asks and radios for people who aren't available or knowledgeable. Then the supervisor who apparently is the only one who would know how to help is in a meeting for 40 more minutes. Why are there people representing the professional department when they have no idea how to do professional work except for maybe 1 guy? This team is purposeless and it wasted an hour of my day even calling ahead. Don't go in, (prob how they prefer it anyway) just call and ask for someone who knows what the hell they're talking about and maybe, just maybe someone can answer your questions.

Terrible customer service. Good luck getting through their automated phone responses, or getting a straight answer from their staff, that's if you can find a person to talk to at all. I placed an order for a washer/dryer set bc they were the only place close to me to sell a certain compact model. I was just trying to understand and coordinate the delivery and haul away - and the staff were rude and refused to answer any questions. They simply would pass the buck and push me to an automated system to get a tracking link. The tracking link gives a delivery estimate w a 12 hour window. They truly do not care - so if you plan to order from here - mentally prepare yourself to be on your own.
