My car buying experience at Larry Hopkins Honda was amazing. No pressure from the sales person or the finance guy. Felix Ong was very professional and courteous, and went out of his way to answer all my questions. He provided a great price over the phone, and once at the dealership, there was no pushing for additional accessories.
I highly recommend Felix Ong and Larry Honda dealership if you are in the market for a Honda car!

Jorge was courteous and friendly. He was helpful in narrowing down options and ultimately sold me on my third Honda. No high pressure, but persistent and polite. Nice quiet dealer showroom, great selection.

Ben and Nasir are scam artists, when I sold my CRV they've mentioned that I should get the refund via mail in 2 weeks, it's been 9 months after multiple phone calls and emails and my refund has never been processed. Absolutely a nightmare of an experience, would not suggest working with them.

I just want to Thank Felix Ong for being such a wonderful person and listening to what I was looking for. He sat down and went over the best deals and not once did I feel pressured by him to buy. I did tell him I would be back and after looking elsewhere I did go back to Felix. I went back for the wonderful customer service and he was able to find the car I wanted. If you are out looking to buy a Honda or a used car go to Felix at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale! You will not be disappointed.

We got our new Honda from Larry Hopkins. We were helped by Sam and Juan from finance. This is a really good small size place where you would feel comfortable. There are no predatory sales tactics and while they may ask you to buy add ons, you can politely decline if you want.
Sam Samaha was especially helpful, and he patiently walked us through the various features of the car.
I can confidently recommend this place for your next Honda.

I want to thank Felix, Jay, and the entire service department at Larry Hopkins Honda for helping me this week. My beloved 2008 Honda Accord which I bought and had serviced at Larry Hopkins Honda finally and unexpectedly died. It was always such a reliable car and I believe it was due to the wonderful service I always got at Larry Hopkins Honda. It was hard to let the car go but Richard in the Service Department helped me understand all the problems it had. I went directly to the Sales Department for another car. I had no intention of going anywhere else! Jay was very kind and patient as I looked for a new car and Felix and Juan made the purchase process so easy! A day that started out really stressful turned into a very happy day for me! Thank you all and see you for my next service!
