It was a good stay for almost a week. Stayed twice and each time its been good. Breakfast isnt so great in variety and quality but its free and I didnt really need breakfast from the location tbh. Room is clean except the top of the fridge in the studio room that was a bit dusty. Overall a bit older but value for money for business travellers.

Rooms are a bit run down and definitely not what the online photos look like. Couch was lightly torn, and just felt dirty where I didn't really want to sit on it. Bedroom sheets and bath were at least clean.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend when we were going to see Taylor Swift. The price was affordable and the rooms looked nice online. However, after getting dinner and settling in our room it was about 11 pm, I noticed the bed reeked of piss. So I took off the bed spread, sheets, and even the mattress pad, and found a huge pee stain on the mattress. So we went down to the front desk to let the staff know, and the man at the front desk said he could give us a refund and that was it. He then questioned us on why we didn’t come down sooner even though we were out getting dinner late. He said he could send us a few blankets but there were no sheets or pillow cases available (very weird considering this is a hotel but okay). Then we came down again and asked for a new room, the night shift front desk lady questioned us on why we didn’t come down sooner, and we yet again explained we were not on the premises, we were out getting dinner. She was very rude, and claimed there were no rooms available, until we showed her the “available room” online through their website. After that, she allowed us to move rooms. The service and staff here were very rude for no reason, and i have a feeling it was because my friend and I are younger. I never write reviews, but I figured this should be shared for others looking to stay here.Rooms: Not clean, dirty sheets, smelled like pee and hair everywhere on the bed.

If you arrive the hotel before 3pm check-in time and you were told that an early check in fee is required but yet they have rooms available to check you in. Please don't agree with it. Early check in is based on availability. If they don't have rooms available, that's totally understandable. However, if they have rooms but ask for a fee other than your room rate, there is only one reason - it's pure profit to their bottom line revenue. If the staff tells you check-out time is not until 12pm, they need to rearrange their room attendants to rush your room because of your early arrival. Please know that room attendants start their shifts around 8am/8:30am and clean rooms that are dirty/vacant. (There are some travelers check-out earlier than 12pm due to their work or flight schedules - the hotel is in Silicon Valley, not in Disneyland or Sea World. Travelers stay there for business trips and not for leisure). Attendants won't wait until 12pm to clean rooms. Each attendant clean 10-13 rooms/shift on average (could be more for bigger hotels). Therefore, it is impossible that a room attendant can clean 10-13 rooms between 12pm and 3pm. Again, early check in fee is an upselling skill and it's another way to make profit for the hotel - *not* additional bonus to room attendants. please speak up and ask for refund if the hotel charged you the fee. The staff most likely won't get back to you, please insist and keep calling or speak to your credit card company.The one star goes to the room attendant who smiled to me at the elevator landing.

I spent a week here. Close to services. Great little Mediterranean food place next door. Coffee downstairs 24/7. BBQ grill if you have the time. I was solo this trip but I could easily bring my family here.

Have always had pleasant greetings upon arriving and checking in. Everything is clean. Even cooked in our rooms this last time. Enjoyed our stays.

Location was good for our needs. The kitchen overhead lights didn't work, garbage disposal also didn"t work, no diswasher soap for dishwasher. All and all carpet and couch were worn out. The bed was nice and comfortable. Time for a remodel for sure.

Hotel is good as they give things required to cook also. Cleaning they do after long time. Breakfast is bad, all cold food and Wendy from reception is very rude and not at all helpful. People like that change perception for a place.

They allow people to call in and use your credit card for booking info with no ID to be shown on checkout. Front desk young girl Elissa smokes marijuana on the job and solicits buying/selling on the job and uses customer information without permission to personally contact by text message for nonbusiness related things. Looked me up from previous stay to contact me by text. Don't stay unless you want your personal info and credit card compromised. Allowed fraudulent charges

The service was great, the rooms clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities that were needed all I needed to supply was my choice of meals. The bed was very comfortable, my window opened so I was able to turn off air and slept with fresh air instead. Also the hot water was plentiful and showerhead worked great also. Bonus free laundry for guests and a light breakfast with some fabulous coffee. I would definitely recommend staying there.
