Everything about this hotel was great except this very rude and border line racist employee named Wendy who was highly disrespectful and rude ,I even had to file a complaint due to her overcharging my credit

Rooms are a bit run down and definitely not what the online photos look like. Couch was lightly torn, and just felt dirty where I didn't really want to sit on it. Bedroom sheets and bath were at least clean.
