Ellen is such a pleasure to work with! She has been doing my wife's taxes for years; always straightforward, no problems. I do my own taxes, but this year I had to do a new form and the instructions didn't make sense. I did my best, then boiled my concerns down to a question for Ellen. She responded immediately, gave me advice that saved me tens of thousands, as a courtesy to my wife. Whatever your concerns, give her a call, you will be glad you did!

I left a voicemail message, and have not heard back from them for over 24 hours. Shame really, because their office is about four blocks away. Ended up getting someone else to do my taxes

I've been looking for a new tax person for my family business for years and finally had the time to make the leap last year. Given my past experience with other CPAs I was very nervous, but I am so happy to have found such a professional, kind, and efficient tax preparer!! Ellen is worth every penny :) She was very professional setting up calls via zoom and over the phone. Look forward to working with her bookkeeping team as well! A huge money saver and headache savior all in one! Keystone Tax and Accounting is your one-stop-shop for all of your personalized tax, accounting or consulting needs. Ellen and her professional team came into the picture after a much needed, long and over due transition from our previous CPA, who continuously dropped the ball with handling our account. They were constantly late on our business tax filings which resulted in costly penalty fees and didn't even seem to consider our most basic business needs. As an extremely busy small business owner juggling the responsibilities of running a restaurant full-time, tax season is the one event that I absolutely dread dealing with every year and never look forward to completing. So it's such a blessing to have Ellen provide helpful solutions to all of my tax and accounting questions and needs, my only regret is not switching over any sooner! Ellen has been the most professional and efficient tax preparer I've worked with. I wanted to update my review since we've finished our taxes and I am happy with how quickly she prepared our business and family's tax returns! I just read another person's review commenting "I am not sure if she even wants new clients", but given that the review was left in October. I'm not sure if people realize that besides April, October is also a very busy month for tax in regards to finishing up extended tax returns. I'm sure Ellen was busy making sure her current clients were getting their taxes done on time. ANYWAYS, Ellen is great and her team is kind and professional.

Ellen was very rude! No customer service for potential clients. She literally said "I am busy and don't have time to answer your questions." I do not know how she has other 5 star ratings I do not recommend her services at all! I'm not sure if she even wants new clients.
