I go here to get my eyebrows done. Sunita is great at threading. Very fast and efficient and makes sure the customer is satisfied.During covid she switched to holding the thread around her neck instead of her mouth while threading. So much more hygienic and felt a lot safer. I definitely recommend her.

Sumita is the only woman I trust with my eyebrows and facial waxing. She always does such a great job, and I never break out or get any reaction after she waxes my face. And I always get compliments on my eyebrows. The prices are the best you are going to get in South Bay.

This review is for Ann (I haven't worked with anybody else). Ann is very skilled. I can truly relax while getting a facial because she does not talk much (I do not want to hear life stories or criticisms of my hair or skin). She is very friendly without being over bearing like some estheticians.

Sumita for Waxing! Been going here for years. Fabulous ethical people work here. They use NATURAL homemade wax. Better for your skin. Plus they are reasonably priced with awesome service. They also do threading and hair and makeup. Good honest hard working business and employees

I've been a customer of Image since 2005 when my co-teacher recommended this Salon. First, it was an Indian Lady who took care of - forgot her name- she was so good for all the service I asked. Sadly she has to go back to India for good. I was referred to Ann by her. Ann 'though back to back skeds she could accommodate me even late minute call up for an appointment. She nurtured me from all threading/ waxing needs. It was just stopped by d tIme I have transferred t another school. Ann's day off was Sunday, I couldn't come during d weekdays where I passed by after work, Saturday either! From then I was in the care of Downer Sugitha- she has a magic touch that no one can replace. I love going to the salon every month, from head to foot I would highly recommend this lady. Thanks for taking care of my needs.needs.

Anne is the best! She's kind and professional and will cut hair according to the exact picture you show her. No frills, just a good looking cut at a very good price. She isn't chatty or gossipy at all, which is a plus. She is genuinely kind and considerate. I've lived in Sunnyvale for 20 years, I'm glad I found a hair stylist has precision in cutting my hair and is consistent. Plus she can thread your eyebrows for $10, where can you go that is a one stop shop?!! We are all so busy these days, this service definitely helps. Btw, she's also great with cutting boy/men hair. She did a terrific job with my 14yr olds hair! Thank you Anne!

I'm a real pansy when it comes to getting my eyebrow threaded and my eyes water every time, but the owner did such a great job pausing and massaging my skin in the area that stung so that I wouldn't get overwhelmed. I had a chance to breathe, and she was very gentle. The threading experience turned out great and I liked the results! Prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend checking her out!

I have known Sunita for a long time and she always gets the job done perfect from threading to facial wax. I get my haircuts from Ann and her work is always flawless. I have been going to Image for three years and and will always be my go to place in the bay area. An excellent crew and service.

need to work on your customer service. i got an appointment, waited 30 minutes. no one acknowledged me. i said hi when i came in and the lady looked at me and didn't say anything. two other people came in later and she said hi who are you here for. they completely ignored me, i will take my business elsewhere.
