they lie about the car I bought have no accident, but it is have a accident, the car was spray painted, so the thickness of painting is different, you could use a machine to test it. also the car I bought from them, they said the car warranty is work but it is expired after I try to use it to change the battery after I bought the car for one month. and the brake also is old, it is even not save to me, I am so angry, so called ben and melody, the man and women looks so nice before I gave my money to them, they denied, and try to push all the responsible to me, I have the evidence from the band car's dealer, and threat to sue them, they finally say they have responsible did not check the brake and tell me the brake and battery have to change soon. and pay half price of the new brake and force me to sign a illegal paper to silence me. If you want to buy a car from a dealer, you better learn as much as possible as a expert, so they would not fool you. but even they fooled you, soon or later, they will pay.

Great folks and easy to work with. Rented one of their cars through Turo. The car was a low mileage 2018 Infiniti. The car was great, and the convenience and communication was excellent. I was able to return the car near our hotel. Super helpful in communicating the details, and hassle-free pickup. I will rent from them without hesitation next time, as we are regular visitors to the Bay Area. Thanks!!

I rent their car through Turo app, it's really help that I could pickup the car and drop off at different location, and really easy to work with. The only thing can be proved is the cleanliness inside of the car, the renter who used the car before me didn't keep it clean, so I have to clean the driver sit and the passenger sit before I use the car. Anyway, I would still highly recommend this place to my friend, cause the price is great and the rental process is very easy for me. Thank you again!

I rented a car from Auto Force from this app Turo, and everything from reserving the car (we had to book ours last minute), to picking up the car (detailed info for car pick up/drop off, key lockbox), drop off, the entire experience was just amazing. Communication was great and the car was clean and as described. I would definitely rent from them again and totally recommend this company for all your travel needs!

Rented the Bmw i8 and it was amazing. The car ran perfectly fine and the owner was easy to work with. Only thing I had to do was detail/wash the car as it was dusty when I got it. Other than that, seamless and awesome experience.

Highly recommend Auto Force if you want to sell a used car. Easy, quick, friendly service, better price than dealership, and much less hassle than selling by yourself. Bring in the car, they check the car within 15 minutes, very reasonable at the issues of my car, give offer right away, no pressure. Thump up!

We went to sell our car here (since owning a car really did not make economic sense plus parking hassles), and did not have a very good experience overall. There were two options, one to take their cash offer right away after their quick inspection and evaluation, and the other to leave the car to them for potential higher offer for one month. The cash offer from them was about half of KBB value, with recent replacements of some expensive engine parts. We went for the latter option and did some paper works there, then they said they would let us know if any higher offers. It was definitely possible nobody was interested in paying much for our car, but throughout the whole month there were no words from them. A month passed, I wondered and wrote in, they just said no higher offers without any more details. The whole process just did not seem very transparent to me. I later asked at which date the car was sold for cancelling insurance retroactively, and never got an answer. At early sale period I also asked if I could pick up something I left in the car, and it went with the new owner while they promised the other way. Not sure how much trust I could have in their operations, two stars were for getting a check for initial cash offer.

I sold my car here. We did basic paperworks together and they said they would handle the rest. BUT THEY DID NOT!!! THIS MADE ME VERY UPSET!!! GOT ME INTO TROUBLE!!!
