This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.

Been getting my mail here for about over a year now. Honestly, the best choice I've made I don't have to worry about changing my billing address every time I move to a new apartment. This is definitely the cheapest option around and to have 24 hour access is amazing. This is definitely worth the investment. the gentleman that runs it is honest and helpful and always checks in with me in my packages. Great business!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was confused about sending a large box to Algeria for one of my clients. Memon went out of his way to find me the most cost effective solution. He followed up with me the next day after giving me a several options. He genuinely cared about my concerns and did not seem pushy or hungry for business.In the age of big corporations, it is good to see high quality service from small business owners like Memon. If there is -0 star i would like to give this place because he was telling me the package will be delivered in 15 days he lied to me but the package still didn't deliver almost more than a month and he charged me 170$ for small box big liar please avoid this place

After renting a box for a few months I can tell you to stay clear of this owner. He always baits and switch and tries to con you into higher prices than agreed. Also lied and claimed packages never came but yet full document evidence from the shipper shows otherwise. When you try to close the box out that's when he starts to change his behavior. Look elsewhere.
