Leasing team is amazing and the apartments are pretty nice for being built in 1991. Current renovations include the installation of vinyl flooring. And a soon to come clubhouse! They already have a lot of amenities and still adding more

We decided to stop by these apartments and were immediately greeted by Alicia. We were looking for a 1 bedroom apartment close to work. She was really nice and thoroughly explained everything the apartments have to offer. It was just a bit over our budget. We really appreciate Alicia for being so patient and trying to work with us.

My wife and I visited this place while apartment hunting. We were greeted by Alicia in the lobby who then showed us around the complex. We toured a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and liked the floor plan. Alicia did a thorough job explaining all the amenities and local spots in the area. Unfortunately, it was out of our budget so we could not swing it. I do want to give Alicia a big thank you for being really nice and helpful with all my questions.

New residents: Don't get fooled by looking at the amenities on their website. The Racquetball court was closed for 4 months in our 1 year stay and is still closed without any specific dates of opening. They are not ready to post that publicly even after reaching out and they want to just advertise all the amenities. Posting this review so that new residents are not fooled (Like I was).

This is for the maintenance team. I've put a request for minor fixes yesterday and Rainaldo showed up at the doorstep second day. Fixed everything right away. Quite happy with the experienced. They asked for a feedback and I'm happy to give one.

In transition of moving in. When looking for a safe and affordable place to live Mission was ideal. I appreciate the leasing staff attention to detail. They've been more than helpful and polite during my rental process. Especially, Alessandra who's gone out of her way to patiently answer all my questions. The community feels safe and has cozy feel. The interior of the apartments is okay but definitely enjoy my view!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I lived in the community for 2 years and I would give 0 star if it's an option. If you just want a place to sleep, then this is the best place you can get. If you want a better experience, go spend your well earned money somewhere else where it would be utilized and appreciated. 1. They don't value existing residents and kept increasing their rent. 2. Maintenance team is a joke. When we submit a maintenance request, we specifically asked to NOT enter our unit while we are not at home (it's an option when you submit the request). They still entered our place and did their work. They will come in and stick around for 5mins acting like they are fixing the issue then leave you with the same problem. On another occasion, they came in to fix a broken door handle and somehow the door handle was still off the hinge when they left. 3. The front office is rude, lazy and doesn't respect your privacy. They take random breaks throughout the day claiming to having lunch. They mainly sit on their cell phone all day. I once saw a prospective tenant stand out the office because they were observing they lunch and couldn't get off their phones to assist the person. What a disgrace it is for me to be even living here
