Have had several amazing experiences with Clarissa, she's so helpful and always has great product knowledge and knows what's in stock. I called earlier today to know if y'all were open her her immediate greeting response (before I said hello) included the hours she was open! I asked her if she got a lot of calls and she said that was something she came up with on her own! Amazing process to smooth out customer inquires! Great service, super friendly, and all around great personality! Great Vape is so lucky to have her! She's made this store the smoke shop to go to!!

Charged me $42 for a disposable vape, would not come here again. I know it's Bay area pricing but sheesh that's too much. Guess they're really trying to help you quit with those prices.

Been going here for years, and it used to be great. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but lately you had better hope you get a friendly person. Never have I seen someone so annoyed that a person was trying to buy products from them. I walked out after buying less than a third of the products I was planning on getting because I was getting death glares for asking if things are in stock.
