Check-in was difficult, wait was long, got a really bad haircut, and I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to get the haircut fixed. (I didn't even trust Great Clips to fix the mess-up.)

The lady didn't speak English or something because I asked for a fade and she just did a number 3 all around my head. I forgave her for that and trusted her to TRIM AND LINE my beard up and she just threw that number 3 all over it making it all short and my head all ugly. I left very disappointed and still am because I'm in need of another hair cut and I still am hurt about the shortness of my beard 0/10 would not recommend.
Hair type: Straight short hair. Not styled in any way.

The hair stylists refused to check me in. Told me to use my phone. By the time I was ready to hit confirm on my phone. 5 people checked in on their mobile phones who were not there and the wait time jumped from 30 minutes to an hour. There has to be a better system. I'll look elsewhere for a haircut.

The worst salon experience. The barber didn't even complete the haircut and said we are done. Worst experience ever.

I was disappointed in cut because I had been trying to grow my hair out and my stylist had other ideas. Before I knew it three inches had been cut and I was not happy with the results. Beware of those who think they know better.

One of the worst haircuts of my life. The stylist spent less than 10min on it. Only cut in one direction on the top, so it is uneven. Didn’t even try to properly blend the sides.

I decided to try this place after trying many other local barber shops near the Sunnyvale area. Along with economical pricing, they hear you and give suggestions and are very friendly. Talking to them, I understood that they want you to be a repeat customer which is a good thing. Waiting process is organized due to the check, so you will not see unexpected delays. They accepted my coupon too, which is a plus.

Some very talented people working at this location! This place is amazing and there is definitely some hidden talent here. I’ve only let Jennifer cut my hair for the past 2 years now with how talented she is. Definitely recommend this location

The lady couldn't understand what I wanted and reduced my hair length.No proper layers, and both sides were uneven. I wouldn't go or recommend anyone to go here.
