Space was well kept and temperature controlled to keep everything in my unit in perfect condition for almost 4 years. Leaving the unit due to a move. Only feedback for improvement would be faster response time/ easier to contact.

We rented online, then went into the store to confirm our information. The entire process was a piece of cake. Raymond was a delight and an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us to ensure our space rented met our expectations, reviewed how our future bills (automatic payment) will be processed, and to select a lock for our unit. It has been a great experience, and we feel at ease knowing our possessions are stored in a safe space!

We lived about 1/2 miles from Grape Ave Storage for the past 28 years and rented units several times over those years. We were impressed with the security and overall quality of the facility, which started its life as a Kaiser clinic before being converted for storage. We have been shopped for storage units in our new home town and have found nothing that comes close to the high quality of Grape Ave Storage.

Very close to my home and very convenient. Only issue is that they close the gates fairly early and you can't access storage if you go late.

Office manager Ramona is really helpful. He showed the available spaces, site conditions and security, and explained terms and payment. This is in a convenient and safe neighborhood. Happy with what I saw. I signed for a space.
