I went for regular maintenance and tire rotation. The person at the front desk forgot to ask for wheel lock for tire rotation. So he ended not rotating the wheels for my car. Now they want me to reserve another appointment just for wheel rotation, which is available for next week. First of all they should ask for wheel locks in the first place if that is requirements for wheel rotation. Secondly, I am their regular customer and I still go to them even after I moved away from them. They should have considered wheel rotation as part of the first appointment and accommodated it without requiring another appointment. I am not going back to them. They lost a loyal customer

I want to say thank you to S&S Tire & Auto. Over 20 years that we have lived in Sunnyvale, they have taken care of all of our cars. My mom had her last repair with them today because she will be officially moving away from Sunnyvale to Nevada. During the years, they have helped us with over 7 cars & has done the most for us. My husband would also drive from livermore to Sunnyvale just to get his car done with this awesome place. They always gave great recommendations without being pushy. Always let us know what is needed next and noted it down for us and reminded us what was needed. Always quick and accommodating. They would occasionally give a discount if they went over the time expected to be done. Just customer service and staff were always great. Always welcoming, friendly & willing to help! We're sad to say goodbye to this awesome shop! We honestly said we would continue to bring our cars back even if we're miles away. Thank you again. For all you guys have done for us. You guys are greatly appreciated!!

Consistently great service. Whether it's dropping in with a punctured tire or asking for a battery test on your lunch break, these guys always seem ready to help. They got me in and out with a new battery in about 20 minutes. They are a family business with a great commitment to service.

My car had to get four brand new tires! I was in a rush to travel down to San Diego for work but before I could drive down I needed to get all four of my tires replaced because the wires were sticking out, there was a nail in one of them and overall the tread was pretty much gone. I called a couple places in the area but S&S was the most helpful, fastest and flexible place for me. They got me a great deal on some new tires and gave me an alignment as well. I don't live in San Jose area but whenever I'm there and I need car help, I know I'll go to them. I highly recommend this great family owned shop!!

First time experience. I needed to do an oil change for my 2018 Mustang GT and was recommended to S&S from my friend. First impression is the shop is very friendly and prices are reasonable. I got an oil change 10 quarts of synthetic along with a tire rotation for under $200 which I think is very reasonable considering coming from the 2 Ford dealerships nearby. The thing I appreciate about this shop: - They are timely. I called Mike and asked if he could fit me in on a Friday. He said yes. I was quote a pickup time of 2:30 and it was done by the promised time. - Everyone was friendly. They even told me that my tires needed to be replaced not because they are worn but because they are over 6 years old and showing cracks which can be a safety issue. I didn't know this but it's true. - Reasonable prices compared to dealership. - Local, family owned business which I like to support. I will come back for sure.

This was an awesome service. Sahand was super helpful at the register. He was polite, knowledgeable, and he greets people very warmly. Gave me a lot of info on tires and repairs, what was going to be done and how much it costs. They told me it would take an hour, but the car got repaired and ready in a few minutes. They are really fast. The quality of their work is also great. The shop is very clean and there is also a nice cozy waiting space. I am going to take my car here regularly for maintenance.

I was driving this morning and noticed the low pressure cursor on my dashboard. I pulled in to S&S Tire and was treated like family. Not only did they fix my flat at a very reasonable price, they also changed my lock bolts on all four wheels at no additional cost. I will bring my car for oil service, and tire care, as well as my wife's S&S you sold me on great service, and helped me out when I was in a fix!
