I hadn't driven my car for weeks due to a health issue. So it wasn't surprising that it wouldn't start. AAA sent Fortes Bros. to help. Oscar was so nice and explained everything. He replaced my battery (2017) with one he brought along. Kudos to Oscar for quick, friendly service!

I had a battery problem with my 2006 Buick Lucerne. In fact, it was dead and would not hold a charge. I called AAA and they sent Miguel from Fortes Bros. Towing. Miguel was super professional, polite and customer service oriented. He diligently provided the assistance I needed. As it happened to be, my battery was still under warranty. Miguel happily replaced my dead battery with a new one and now my Lucerne is back on the road. Miguel is an asset to Fortes Bros. Towing. Please give him my thanks. I will always recommend Fortes Bros. for any towing or roadside assistance because of Miguel.

The battery in my car died. I contacted AAA roadside service and they sent Fortes. Between the time I called and when Cesar for Fortes changed the battery was about 30 minutes. Cesar helped turn a stressful situation into one of relief. Thank you!

I'd like to thank Rener and Fortes Bros. My day was off to a rough start yesterday. I'm a contractor and had a 630am appointment at 6am my truck wouldn't start. Called AAA and Rener was there in 30min. While I was waiting I Googled how long does a truck battery last and it had been time to replace it. He had one and I learned my battery in under the drivers seat....I did not know that. He was fast , very professional, kind and made the entire experience pleasant! Made it to my job at 715 and had a great day, thank you! Best- Kenny

Thank you fortes bros Inc. My rental car key was inside forgotten after a jj's concert event after ubering; when I was about to leave today the keys was inside. The response was fast & easy! Peace of mind love it!

This place is TOP NOTCH. I needed a tow asap and had some insurance issues. Fortes told me "we are here to help people" and that is exactly what they did. Very professional, communication was A+ and they were very reliable. So satisfied and a ton off my shoulders with their help. 5 STARS!!!!!

I just had a car problem on Easter Sunday. The driver at Fortes Bros who just gave us a ride was very professional and made a stressful situation easy to deal with. The driver even offered to give us a short ride from the service shop to our house. We decided to walk but we appreciated the offer. Great employee and customer service!! Thank you!
