My hair came out lopsided, one side is over cut so it’s thinner and shorter than the other side. They tried to quickly covering it up by insisting styling and blow drying to fluff up !
That was my first visit there … will never go back

Worst salon ever. My Mom was going to Forever beauty to get her haircut. After she came back from the salon her hair looked fine. However my Mother lost so much hair. If you don’t believe me you can check the photos I uploaded. I wish I can put 0 stars. I also hope my Mom can sew the salon. I hate this stupid salon!

The worst haircut ever in the Bay Area. Don’t go to Daguangming.
I have been living in the United States for almost 20 years. I have the most annoying and terrible haircut I have ever had. I was so angry that I cried. The boss lady doesn’t know how to cut women’s hair! In preparation for the birth of a baby next month, I wanted to make my hair a little thinner so that it would be easier to wash. I repeatedly emphasized that the length should not be moved. It should be a little thinner and a little layered, but it must be tied up. I showed him the picture of how he wanted it to look, and it ended up being cut. Now my hair is as fried as a chicken coop. Not only has I become a golden retriever, but it's also completely stuck on my neck and I can't tie it up. I can't tie my hair up. If I tie it high, it all falls off around my neck and ears. It's very hot [angry R ][Angry R] The more I watch, the more angry and angry I get?! As a pregnant woman during confinement in the summer, she really got angry. She was so angry that she cried completely!

Went there in the end of May 2023, was thinking to soften the hair a little bit. Iris told me she can do "fluffy style" hair straightening. During the process, because she booked 4 people at the same time for different hair cuts, she put me under high heat for hours and hours which damaged my hair. I think the chemicals she used on me was also not qualified ones. I immediately started hair loss after the straightening. Each time even when I just touched my hair with hands, I lost lots of hair. The picture shows how I looked 10 days after the hair straightening and 1 day before the treatment. Now I became totally bald. Dermatologist said I needed several years to have my hair grow back from this damage caused by the salon.

This place has been going downhill. I am usually pretty positive on service persons, but I can't help but wondering if the hairdresser is still fully engaged with her work. I had a simple haircut there. When I got home, I found some blood on my right cheek! I then recalled that she had her scissors scratched my right side cheek. It burnt a little. Apparently it bled then, and she covered it up! I would have preferred an honest apology!
