I ordered balloons from Anna for my 30th birthday. The price was amazing and my balloons looked beautiful. I was extremely satisfied! She was very friendly, on time and went above and beyond. She spent so much time in my backyard setting up my balloons. The party was almost a month ago and my balloons are still in good shape. Highly recommend!!

I'm very pleased with the standing spray that I got for my friend's funeral. I found her here in Yelp. She responds quick with the order and she will let you know if the flowers that you want is in season or not and what are the alternatives that is available. Do I recommend her, yes definitely.

The flowers were fresh but the way they were hand-tied show me that the florist does not know the basics. E.g.the stems were not cleaned from the leaves, the spiral was not done.

Every Christmastime, my brother and sister-in-law in Chicago call Anna and ask her to make up a special basket with a variety of fruit and sugar-free snacks (I am a Type 1 diabetic). Every year, Anna outdoes herself. The basket is always overflowing, the fruits are fresh, juicy, and delicious and there are plenty of snacks that I can enjoy. We came back from a trip and found that we had been surprised by a beautiful, multi-colored balloon arch and a huge balloon WELCOME hanging from the ceiling of our studio. It was an amazing surprise from our family, and we'd come to find out Anna did the arrangements! It looked gorgeous and brought joy to my wife and me. Excellent job to Anna! Highly recommended!

Anna came through for me at the last minute. Needed a rosary balloon release for my mothers service - very important to me. Anna was the only one that agreed to make it happen. She was on time, called me when she arrived, very professional. Highly recommend Anna!!

Not happy at all. Flowers came with wilting roses. It was for our anniversary. When I called and let them know I was unhappy and no call back. So I emailed with pictures and she shows back up and says that it was a normal progression for the roses to look like that and proceeds to give me attitude and cuts roses in the back of her minivan.She pulls out wilted roses and stuff new ones in and hand it back to me. Ruined my anniversary gift to my wife.

Wonderful fast service!My Mom has had a few cancer removal surgeries and I wanted to send her something nice. They added the perfect balloon (said Love you Mom) and we're super courteous in leaving a voicemail when they arrived.Thank you!

Absolute 5 stars for Anna! I was ordering a balloon arrangement for my sister's birthday, and accidentally messed up the order process. When I called Anna the day of her birthday to ask, we realized there was a problem. Anna was so incredibly helpful, and sprung to action and still got the arrangement set up and delivered within the very same day! Thank you so much Anna for making her birthday memorable!

Anna was great at accommodating my request! Called her in the morning if she could do same day delivery for balloon bouquet at 2.30pm and she instantly said yes after asking my location. She came delivering it by herself and was right on time. She was warm, friendly, bubbly and has good customer service. Thank you, Anna, for the great service!
