Early closing - arrived 7:29pm and found that not only counter closed, light is off, door is fully locked. I do see a shadow leaving while turning off the light when I’m in my car. But still would expect counter close time at 7:30pm

This is the worst facility with delivery drivers that lie. I have an expensive high priority critical injection medication shipped over night which was supposed to be delivered by 10 am, my injection time. Which I cannot miss, as my body may show severe reactions due to medication delay. I was standing next to door all the morning, with door open, waiting to receive and inject the medication immediately. while standing at the open door, I receive notification that "driver attempted to deliver the package!!! But you werent't there!!!!!!! And we will deliver the package on Monday????" Not even the next day???There was no note left anywhere near the house either and driver simply lied that they attempted. I called 8 times to Fedex. They kept lying on different times that the refrigerated medication will be delivered by 1, then by 2, then they said they have called the station and the package is on the way to be delivered!! Lie after lie after lie???? How many incompetent person work in Fedex? How Fedex allow an incompetent driver and a lier to deliver expensive medically critical packages???I am so frustrated and disappointed at Fedex, that they are playing with the health and life of people, and lie after lie.I will file a complaint and will work as hard as I can to fire the driver or station responsible for these absolutely irresponsible behaviors. Do not use this incompetent station! Not worth anything.

Too bad our business documents that were sent "Priority Overnight" arrived at the Sunnyvale ship center at 8:30 this morning, only to be riding around on a truck all day instead of getting delivered to City Hall by 10:30 am as promised. Multiple calls to FedEx all morning (when tracking changed from "before10:30" to "by end of day") were met with more empty promises to "contact the driver" to get our documents delivered. I will be finding an alternate delivery service after having a business account with FedEx for over 15 years, they have messed up our shipments too many times lately and their customer service is currently non-existent.

Such a stupid shipping company. When you call you can’t even speak to a real human. If you’re not at the door within 30 seconds they leave. Very disappointed as i’m currently waiting over an hour of the expected time for delivery.
