Service goodThis location has no pc to take prints instead by sending a mail of through pendrive.So better to be prepared with pendrive or have the documents mailed so you dont have to wait

If i could give zero stars i would. "bathroom break sign" on door for over 20minutes! I get you are low staff but people have been waiting and the employee doesn't seem to care. no answer to phone calls nor opens the building. unreliable fedex location - avoid at all costs

As usual the worst service by Fedex. No surprise they never treat their customers well. Simply the staff here just don't know what they are doing. I had to drop off one my Walmart package. WIth my surprise two of the staffs there said they were not sure whether Fedex take Walmart return. After spending few minutes they did find the order details and then they said I need to pay for the return box item which I did not agree. Because Walmart clearly tells return through Fedex is free and drop off is free as well. But these Fedex staff said its not true. Since I was there and I didnt want to get their pathetic service again I agreed to pay for the box. They gave me return label copy and tracking details. Story did not end here. This morning I discovered that Fedex delivered the same package to my door step instead of sending back to Walmart. Now I am speechless what else one can do it make it right. I really really feel Walmart should cut the cord to Fedex. These pathetic company Fedex don' t know what they are doing. I wish I could give them BIG ZERO star. Please stay faaaaaaar away from Fedex. The worst service ever.

Great service by employees. I came in to send a veterinary blood sample (other branches will not take it). They were super helpful in helping me pack it in a way that it will not break on the way. create the custom invoice and being helpful and pleasant the whole time. Thank you for a great experience on a very stressful day (for me).

I had a great experience with Jeff today. I placed an online print order this morning but they didn't have the necessary supplies at this branch. Jeff went above and beyond to coordinate with other branches to make sure my order is printed and ready on time. Thanks Jeff!

I came to return a package and the requester had very elaborate instructions so I struggled a bit, but the employees were super nice and quick. It wasn't very busy on a Friday afternoon. I was attempting to package a box and didn't have tape so I was looking to buy some, but the employees said they'll happily package it for me. I didn't even have to ask or request help, he just saw me perusing the aisle looking for tape. It's unfortunate that I didn't get the employee's name because he really deserves a kudos. The assistant manager (Jeff) was so sweet and helped me get my item packaged to the supplier's instructions. I've never shipped anything through FedEx before, but this was such a wonderful experience.

Stuff is friendly and helpful. The print service is convenient and cloud-base solution is just awesome. However, they work on weekdays only.

Purcell - if only everyone had his extremely positive, calm demeanor. I sincerely considered asking the man to start his own audio book business. There are no words - best service I've received of 2021. Please honor this man! This location is lucky to have him.
