The passport photo taken here is the ugliest photo I've ever taken in my entire life. It can pass the check and that's all. But the photographer is very unprofessional and there is actual shadow on the photo. It's obviously overpriced. And you'll have to buy their U disk to get the digital copy of the photo. It's already 2023 okay?! Sell something useful!

My experience at the FedEx store was quite frustrating. It seems that the employees have little urgency to complete tasks promptly. As a result, expect long wait times regardless of the number of people in line.

This location is a joke. The untrained employees tell you to get a hard copy of the label. This is in direct contradiction to what the FedEx website says (that the employees should be able to print it for you). Perhaps it's just a bunch of lazy folks willing to cut corners

This is my favorite FedEx print and shipping carrier and location in the bay area! Their printer always works when you need it to and the staff is always quick and responsive, even with long lines. Friendly might I add. Today I was assisted by Zach and he deserves 5 gold stars for his superb customer service and cheerful personality that anyone could use after a long day. Pre-pandemic, this place was always packed and everyone occupied the printers and computer area. It's died down ever since so I couldn't recommend a better time to go during the day to avoid crowds.

Zak was extremely extremely helpful! Helped me with every step of the way! Some people don't want to help they expect you to figure everything out on your own ! He stood rite beside me and walked me through every step on the scanner and and printing things out from my email and sending it . Really good employee honestly help me with everything I needed !!!

I needed to ship a guitar overseas. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I'm used to the exact opposite at print/ship centers, especially post offices (well, non-US ones), so this came as a pleasant surprise and relief.

Had some prints made from my phone. First batch: quality not good but was told that was as good as it gets. Came back to print more pics. The quality was great. Returned to have the first batch redone. The 'print specialist' (older Latina) was angry and argumentative. She said it wasn't possible to make the prints better. Bit that I would have to pay for whatever redo she did. I asked that the employee who did a great job do the job and she refused. Manager got involved and the 2 of them eventually figured it out. Manager was pleasant but it is obvious he knows this staff person is rude (she was rude to staff multiple times in the short time I was there). Obviously won't return there.

Horrible service, went to return a few items and showed the front desk lady my QR codes (drop off). She said she could not scan it and that I had to bring the package back with the printed label (even though the website instructions said the QR code was enough at that location) and she would not print a new label for mea swell even though I had it on my phone. My package was also not closed properly, so I asked if they had tape & she said no and that I had to purchase it or else I wouldn't be able to drop it off. She did not help me with check out, had to go in line, only to return and be told that she would not be able to scan my QR code. What a joke and what a waste of time.

Hands down the worst customer service at this location. It is the most convenient location in terms of distance but the short haired lady who is allegedly the manager is a pain to be around. This location has always been busy. Folks would line up and the short haired lady, who they call the manager, would come out and break up the line with folks who needed to print and those who had drop offs. She would take drop off packages and provide you with a receipt if needed. Easy, right? However, I had a scenario twice now where my package needed to be taped. The first time, the manager told me she would handle it, she took the package and left it on a table. Luckily, I stayed around to watch her tape it. She didn't. She walked out to grab more packages. She kept piling boxes on top of my untaped/unsecured package and finally noticed me after 5 minutes. She replied with a, "what do you need?" And I told her that I just wanted to make sure she did not forget to tape my package. She looked back and said, "OH!" And that's when I realized she forgot. Fastforward to the next scenario, I needed my package taped down again. (FedEx offers the service for free. That's why I take my packages there!) She dismissed me when I told her I needed it taped. I told her I'd wait in line until the package gets taped as she nearly forgot the last time. She rolled her eyes and took on customers behind me. I have since gone to other locations to avoid her sass and have not received this service from any other FedEx location. Customer service is not in this woman's vocabulary and I am in awe about how she even became a manager.

It's my Go-To Print Shop! I love going there to print a few pages of coupons or documents from time to time. Very cheap. I just bring my own flash drive and print it from the machines. As long as you don't go there on Friday afternoons, the line is usually not long. I can usually just go in and out and be done with printing job in less than 10 mins. Highly recommend it!

My sister and I came into this location multiple times over the weekend and were always greeted and helped as quickly as the workers were able to do so. Their team this weekend went above and beyond to assist us with what we needed. They were very patient, kind and understanding of what we needed even though it was a bit of a time consuming task during a busy time for them. We can not thank them enough for their assistance this weekend and will be back to this location for any of our copying and shipment needs. Thanks again team!

I would just like to thank everyone who worked at this location this weekend they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed even after us going in multiple times with different needs the staff was always friendly and willing to help even when they were on their way out for the day!
