One star only because the site required an entry. I am very familiar with shipping and delivery as well as experience on both ends. The FEDEX system is to say the least, IN NEED OF A REVAMP. The following is the history of one small package and I STILL have not received it yet. Originally shipped from Dallas, TX but has been held up in Stockton, CA for DAYS... who knows why? I was home 2 days in a row and FedEx driver never came to the door to have me sign for the package. But they dropped off a package the second day. Made me go pick it up they are the wurst

Since there isn't a FedEx customer service email, leaving a review since this is the closest Ship Center to my apartment. The drive at 10:45 AM at the Redwood Place Apartments with license plate 61974BZ or something to this affect was blaring Spanish music from the FedEx truck that could be heard across multiple apartment buildings. This isn't the first time and it has happened for at 4-5 times and each time is at least 5-10 minutes, sometimes up to 20-30 minutes. This is unacceptable. Someone should please make sure to address this with the driver(s). I have a video, which I can't attach to Yelp.

Horrible service, service desk saw me dragging my large pc box (return) just to find they won't print the shipping label. I received specific instructions from FedEx that all was needed was the QR code. Used the Fedex app to locate this place yet did not accept the QR code. Don't waste your time here...

I was not home to sign for a package so I needed to come here with a one hour window. When I arrived the man helping me was polite and fast. When he went to find my package the men working up front were friendly and funny. The whole experience took maybe 5 minutes at most.

Horrible service, been waiting for my package for almost 3 days which was supposed to be overnight shipping due to the urgency of the package. Somehow they now dont know where the package is coz the driver dint scan the package after failed dilvery.

The front desk clerk gave me a really hard time about shipping a package and was very unpleasant/rude. I decided to go somewhere else. It seemed like they wanted to make shipping a package as difficult as possible.

The delivery guy didn’t even try to deliver it to me and marked me as customer unavailable. I even made eye contact with him from my apartment and had the door open, with my I’d and mask.

manager and staff are rude asf because they never care your package a lot they want money at work because they take their mask off inside warehouse during work everyday but man and it hasn't good job a lot driver are lazy people

The shipment was delayed day after day. Upon contacting them, the customer service rep claimed they had to relabel the package. When the package finally arrived it was evident the rep said that just to close out the conversation as there was no new label. It gets worse. The package was partially opened and the side where it was opened the property was taken out of the package and removed from the wrapper then stuffed back in. The impression was whoever illegally opened the package would have stolen the part had it been useful to him/ her. This is very offensive. They have gone too far this time and we want the person to be held responsible. On top of that you go to their website to contact them all you get is an ai robot agent without a phone number in plain site.

Supervisor of this shipping facility hung up on me after I called. I had the FedEx main number transfer me to Sunnyvale shipping center. I told him his driver intentionally lied to get his route done early on a Saturday as package attempt claim was falsified as I was home, video camera shows no attempt for delivery was made. He said the driver tried delivering but because it's an apartment complex, he couldn't. What the heck, if the driver came to the address - he would absolutely see it is NOT an apt. complex. Now I have to come home from work Monday and wait for driver to deliver again. It was shipped for Saturday delivery so I could be home to receive it! Shame on Sunnyvale Ship Center for their lies.
