Just dropped in because I needed a car wash. I pumped gas and added the car wash to my bill but it didn't give me an option to chose one. The gas prices are high compared to the gas stations down the road so I only pumped a couple dollars. After pumping gas I had to go inside which I rarely do to pay for the car wash. The cashier charged me and I got my car wash code. I pulled into the car wash and it did not start. I gave it a couple more minutes but ultimately had to go inside to tell the cashier it was not working. He was confused and asked me what gas pump was not working. I told him the car wash was not working. He looked at me and said "where is your receipt I can't help you if you don't have it". Mind you he just sold me the car wash less than 5 minutes ago. I told him it was in the trash by the area you put the car wash code. He told me "GO GET IT". I could of walked off at this point but that was $$ I would be giving them for free. So I went dumpster diving and got my receipt. When I walked in he had a copy of my receipt in his hand and I gave him the one from the trash. At this point I was already frustrated so I asked for my money back. He refused and told me he was not going to give me my money back because I did something to the car wash. I looked at him and said the machine is not working I want my money back. He told me to talk to his manager who was putting prices on items inside the store. She did not argue and completed the transaction to return my money back. The machine would not allow it to come back to my card so they had to give it to me in cash. The man counted the money from the register and threw it on the table. I grabbed my money and walked out. THIS LOCATION HAS LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER. Shop anywhere else for your gas and car wash needs.

Purchased 7 car wash codes and the codes were never used. Found out it is no longer valid in the car wash machine. The store manager told me they can't provide new code because it's expired, even with the original receipt to show the transaction. The original receipt doesn't show expiration date for car wash. The store does not put notice on the gas showing there is expiration date either. How customer can know the code will go expire if not use in time?? Requiring every customer to ask the staff is the only productive way to avoid the problem, per the Store Manager. In other words, when customer didn't know there would be an issue later, they should prevent in advance. Not happy with the customer service, keep blaming customer for not using the code in time. Accusing customer being not reasonable for asking replacement code.

I wish I could give them negative Stars the old man behind the counter Middle Eastern guy would not give me the code to the bathroom after I just finished getting gasoline. He said mask first so I went and got a mask then I wrote it down on my hand so would not forget it cuz I couldn't hear him through his mask and he got irate with me. Relax buddy it's just a bathroom I'm in my work uniform. I'm not going to graffiti the bathroom. Maybe somebody should teach this person about customer service and follow what you preach. It says bathroom for customers well I was a customer.

Went to extra mile had incredibly rude cashier named Mohammad. He refused to give change after I made purchase, no courtesy, did not hand receipt, and was boldly saying if I don’t like service I should complain to manager. This is most overpriced gas in the area. You can find cheaper alternatives with better service else where.

Casher did not give my change, and consuming my time. I purchased 5 powerball tickets $2 (ea) and 5 tickets of super lotto $1 (ea). my total was $15, I gave the casher a $20 bill but did not give my change. The casher was slow and rude, no disposition, casher told me to call the store manager for my $5 change.

Why does the cashier on Sunday mornings not wear a mask I have stopped there the last three Sundays around 7:30 am and he has not had a mask on when asked why he has said every time I forgot

My first time to this store, and I had experienced a bad, very rude, unprofessional manner of their cashier. I strongly not recommend this convenient store specially if you look like a beggar to this employee or owner whatever he call him self

This place is always busy and only has one person working as cashier PLUS they don't print receipts at the pump. They have a car wash too. You would think they would want things convenient for their customers. Don't come- not worth it.

Females - do NOT go this gas station alone. Once again, I was approached by a male. Just say NO! loudly and get into your car as quickly as possible.
