Stylist: I got acrylics and in all this time I have never experienced a worse job.
My stylist was very aggressive, some extensions very evidently crooked, and would raise her pitch if you pointed it out. She was painting over the filed nail debris, without so much as bothering to clean before painting. The paint dried with texture underneath. It has barely been a couple of hours and my extension and the original nails are already coming apart

We came here after the salon down the street turned us away even though we had appointments. They accepted us right away as it wasn't busy (props to being open late as well). The salon itself was not super welcoming in terms of the staff or the interior. My friend got seated first and the nail tech went to work on removing her gel. Nothing was communicated to me, so I thought that she would work on me after she was done with my friend. We hung around for about 5 mins and then another nail tech came out to say she was ready for me. All I wanted was a hybrid gel removal. She went at it with a nail drill, no other prep work or soaking. Regretsss, my nails are soo thin and bendy now. I had to cut it super short because I was afraid they would break some more. My friend got gel nails and even her nails are so thin! Not what is expected from gel which usually gives a nice hard layer of protection. Sadly this is not the salon for me, which is a bummer since I live so close by!

Use to be my favorite place for pedicure, but since last 3 months changes a lot. Less people working there, they don't due the same service, they are or in a rush or missed something. I have to find a better place .

The end result was not bad but does the end justify the means? My $50 manicure was done by a male staff who was eager to sit me down at their station but was not courteous, friendly or professional the entire time. This person straight up said I had too much cuticle and was surprised I had waited so long for a manicure. After they was done with the removal, they even showed me how much had been removed on the towel in total surprise. That made me feel quite uncomfortable. For a $50 manicure, I expected a full 10 minute massage as that is the standard in all the other nail salons in the area. Nope. That was not the case. They only put lotion in my hands and a hot towel in a matter of 2-3 minutes. They never massaged my forearms. If that wasn't already bad, the worst was when I had to decide between two colors of nail polish. After putting both colors on two of my nails, this manicurist asked me insistently in less than 5 seconds which color I wanted! "Which one? Which one?" I felt pressured to decide right away. Thankfully, I did like my selection and they did a decent job but I was not happy at all at the way this person treated me. I don't see myself returning to this place or recommending it to anyone. I saw two male staff; the person who helped me had earrings.

Last time ever I'll go to this Salon. This Salon is worth it ONLY if Helen is gonna make your nails. The lady who did this (I don't know her name but according to how she behaves and treated the other employees I think she is the owner) is always in a hurry and was filing my skin instead of my nails the entire time. The result was horrible, my nails were bulky and uneven. Color horribly distributed. I asked more than once to take my cuticles off but she didn't. I told her more than once I wanted almond nails, and she got me something that is neither almond nor oval! I asked for sprinkles on my ring nails and she literally add like two little pieces only each nail. I knew that if I said that I didn't like the result she wasn't going to fix it anyway because she is always rushing and for nothing! For the entire process she was repeating "I don't have time", dude is not my fault if you don't hire enough employees! I still deserve a good service. I had to run to Kitchen Nails Bar to fix my nails and they were so kind to accept me despite they were already ready to go home. Never again.

My go to nail salon for years! Helen has always done a wonderful job and made sure that not only were my nails gorgeous but also took her time to cut away dead skin without hurting my sensitive toes! I was sad to learn that she no longer works at this location- although their team is great! If you're missing Helen as I was, you can find her at their new location! Thank you Andy for doing my nails. I had a photo idea and he did a never been done before. This is week 3 and I still get so many compliments. He took his time and it's perfection. I have been coming to elegant spa for over a year now, it's been my go to!

I've been coming here with my girlfriend for years now and have always had great service from Helen, Nina, Mai, Jenny, and Mary. As a guy, getting pedicures is not as common as it should be but I've always been happy getting them done here from Nina. Parking can be hit or miss, especially during farmer's market Saturdays it's pretty full, but usually not an issue. There have been times when there are discounts for paying in cash, other times not. There is an ATM machine here in case you don't have cash. 10/23 EDIT: Helen and Nina are no longer here, they are at Elegant Nail 3.

This place is a joke. I called in three separate times for an appointment and told to “just come” even though I didn’t make an appointment, only to be told “sorry we can’t take anyone” once I arrived within 15 minutes. I’m livid and so disappointed with them. I’ve been coming to them for years and will be seeking business elsewhere from this point on.

My regular nail spot for manicures! Came here for nail art and acrylic, and love it! Helen and Nina are my go-to for nail art, while Dina and Tina are for my usual day to day acrylic!
