I wish I could convey the sheer depth of my disgust and disappointment with Edible Arrangements through mere words, but I'll do my best to paint a picture of the abhorrent experience I endured.On February 24th, 2024, I placed an order with Edible Arrangements with the assurance of same-day delivery, as explicitly promised during my pre-order inquiry. Little did I know that this decision would lead me down a path of frustration, anger, and utter disbelief at the sheer incompetence and disrespect demonstrated by the staff.Firstly, let's talk about the appalling attitude of one of their employees. When I received a call, I was met with a tone so rude and disgusting that it bordered on surreal. How someone can treat a paying customer with such disdain is beyond me. But alas, the nightmare was just beginning.To add insult to injury, my order was unilaterally changed to the next day without my consent or even a courtesy notification. When I called to inquire about this sudden alteration, I was once again greeted by the same rude individual, who seemed to take pleasure in exacerbating my frustration.Fast forward to the promised delivery date of February 25th. Despite multiple assurances that my order would be delivered in the morning, it arrived fashionably late at 7 pm. Let me remind you, I paid an additional $20 for the supposed privilege of having it delivered on the original date. What a joke.But the pinnacle of this calamity was my interaction with the so-called manager. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and empathy, she mirrored the same contemptuous behavior I had encountered earlier. Cutting me off, refusing to acknowledge the gravity of the situation, and vehemently opposing my rightful request for a refund on the delivery charge - her conduct was nothing short of disgraceful.In conclusion, Edible Arrangements has proven itself to be an embodiment of everything wrong with customer service. From the despicable attitude of its staff to the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, this establishment is a stain on the retail landscape. Save your hard-earned money and precious time. Do not subject yourself to the torment of dealing with this abomination of a company. Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale for anyone considering patronizing Edible Arrangements. If negative stars were an option, I'd gladly award them without hesitation.

I ordered on February 4th for Valentine’s Day February 14th . It was supposed to be delivered before 5pm but my girlfriend is off at 3pm they took all day to finally deliver it. Ruined the surprise for my girlfriend . Definitely won’t order edible arrangements again ….

I walked into editable arrangements to place a last minute birthday gift order. I walked out 15 mins later with arrangement ? completely satisfied with the quick and helpful service. I will definitely be back!

I ordered my mom a set of edible arrangements on December 14 to be delivered December 18 for her birthday. It was meant to be delivered between noon and 5pm. I am sitting here now at 6pm writing this with no delivery or updates on the delivery time. I’m beyond angry and disappointed. My mom is diabetic and since she is she eats on a schedule to maintain her blood sugar as well as taking insulin. She is now unable to enjoy this gift IF it arrives because it has not been delivered on time. I will never order from them again and I always order from them for my family’s birthdays.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Placed order online. I called atleast 10xs n emailed 3 times to cancel the order. The recipient was not going to be home. This was 24 hours in advance or more. No one ever answered me. Then it ended up getting delivered n just left at her door. Hours later she gets home & it wasn't even right. Such a waste of money. I can't believe no one contacts you back.

Delivered late and delivered the wrong thing. How you mess both up is beyond me. Difficult to get in contact. Just don’t do business here.
