Customer service was Terrible and rude body language ! If basic questions asked prior buying part as a service provider you can keep it simple as yes or no. your useless attitude and ignorance was unnecessary. *****

Ordered Mixture & grinder couple of times, it has problems in two times. Had to return the products. The Preethi eco plus mixture is heating in real quick and stops all of sudden.Second time on first time use jar blades are broke and the content is spilled all over the kitchen and a scary situation.

Indian price magic! Watchout!!Our Preeti Nitro mixer rubber coupler (aka rubber bush) has gone bad. Checked online, available in “East West USA store” (EW) and also on Amazon but with shipping costs. I tried to purchase is online via EW store but PayPal doesn’t seems to work (likely the EW site is not secure enough) for payment.I have called our San Jose store in Berryessa and the man on the other end confirmed we can come in to the store. Once in the store (kind of an office which ships online orders), the lady said they have the part and it costs $15. I said I need only the part and I can replace it myself. It was a simple unscrew and screw the new part. She said the it is the same if they do it or we do it $15. And she took the mixie jar for repair and came back after 10 minutes fixing it.In the mean time I was able to pull in the EW website, which shows the same product costs only $7.99 and free shipping. I have shown her the same. She went inside and informed the man who came out and told me the product is $7.99 but the additional cost is the labor! I said I told the lady I need only the part, where she said the part only or they replace, it is $15!!At last, I said I’ll give $15 since I agreed to replace it since the part with or w/o labor is the same and I did pay the charges in cash. (Some Indian stores prefers cash than CC). Pius they did not give me a bill for it, which means they are not paying taxes also!!One has to be really careful dealing with these guys. If u find a price on “their” website show it to them and keep in handy. For a very few dollars they are willing to compromise customer trust and act as scammers. Plus they don’t follow the law in doing business in the state by not paying taxes when they directly deal with customers!! This underlines some statements like, some people won’t change their habits whether it is in India or in USA. I would give zero stars if I can.Attaching the website price of the part, I was referring to.Replying after the merchant response:Now this makes perfect, EW not only he scammed me now trying to save face by telling blatant lies!!Sudden price change to $7.99 was after I have shown the EW website of the product price while collecting the jar. From beginning I was very clear on what I want, just the coupler.EW, you can check your 8+ Lorex security cameras, on what the discussion was!! Plus now we have a record of sale where EW didn’t gave the sale receipt also. You can try to fool the public but not your conscience!!Replying after the owner's telephone call:The owner called seemingly realized the mistake and offered refund of the extra charges, Since I paid cash and because of the long drive, it didnt worth to drive back. But I'll increase the review by a star.

Probably this needs to reported to Tax authorities. Also charging extra fee for CC needs to be reported to CC companies also. You can try to fool the public but not your conscience!!

I visited yesterday looking for the store id been to before, the location is not the same as the previous retail STORE or the photos on gmaps. All photos of a retail store are wrong so please don't drive all the way there thinking you're going to go shoping. The owner told me they closed the store. This actual warehouse location is a wholesale distributor warehouse shipping and receiving place with boxes outside, NOT a store. You cannot shop here. The description needs to be updated and all retail store photos removed or many more visitors will show up confused and lost like I did. Owner was very helpful and kind.

Look at the directions posted in the 2nd and 3rd photo. It's 2 buildings behind the one in the street. This place does not have retail frontage that one might expect. But definitely a place for buying and repair your wet grinders
