She has been my dr for over a decade and I have really liked being her patient. She is very caring and kind. She's knowledgeable & thoughtful about her advice and diagnoses and she makes herself available. If you need to follow up with her quickly, I find her to be a great doctor..

She is the worst primary doctor I have ever seen in Bay Area. Everytime when I requested to do some tests as I did not feel well, she always say no and said she needed to control the insurance budget. I felt like she did not care about my health condition at all but only stayed firm in the best interest of the insurance company. She was rude when I further requested as I really didn’t feel well and she insisted that is not necessary.

Dr Liang is patient and we can communicate well using Chinese. She is a good doctor from my experience.
