Great no nonsense place to go and get your documents notarized. While they run as efficiently as they can, I believe they only have one notary. They seem pretty popular, so I recommend getting there early if you don't want to wait while other people notarize their documents. Everyone was patient, professional, and kind, service with a smile! While we were there, it looks like they offer other services, including what sounded like inexpensive passport photos as well. If they offer a service, my guess is their prices will beat most (probably all) other places.

Had a great experience getting Apostille service from All Service Center. Jay and his staff are knowledgeable about the process and explained how it works & what's needed. I was traveling from overseas to get a key Apostille done. Jay responded to emails promptly and upon arriving at the center, I got great service and information. They also gave me information about how I can get the original birth certificate from County office along with their latest address. Got that the same day as well. Overall got my apostille on time, without headache. Thank you!

The service here is fantastic. You can't beat the price anywhere. The people here are super professional, nice, and patient. They replied super fast to my request and I was in and out in 10 mins despite how busy they were. I finished so early I had time to go next door and dine-in. I drive all the way from the East Bay here just cause it's worth it.

I reached out to All Service Center via yelp because I needed a document notarized, get an Apostille, and send both to Europe. Jay responded instantly and answered all of my questions. When I entered the store, Jay was out, but his colleagues were already up to speed and created me by name although this was my first visit. They walked me through the process, notarized my documents and got me setup for an expedited handling of the Apostille and expedited shipping to Europe. They took my information so they can inform me of the progress every step of the way. The vibe was great, everybody was super friendly, super professional－and I could not help but notice the great relationship with their community.
