Rudest staff. My wife requested hold of her package in this location as the delivery guy couldn’t deliver to the apartment for some lame reason.At 7:30 PM she got a text that her package is available at this location, she drove 20 miles only to find out the package is not here, and was asked to come next day. When asked if she can send me, they said they can do it as long as I have her ID.I drove 10 miles here from work next day, but they wouldn’t offer me the package. The guy at desk rudely responded to me that he wouldn’t honor what was communicated, and that unless she sends an email they wouldn’t release the package.I was fine with the email process but his response was very rude, he asked me to loose my attitude, even when I was very polite and threatened me to loose my package. He even asked me to get out of the store until the email is sent.After my wife sent the email at 12:49 PM, he again made me stand in the line for 30 minutes, even though he previously checked the package location and could have handed over to me in couple of minutes.Please take necessary action on him. Date and time: 11/17/2023, Time: first spoke to him at 12:43 PM, and he handed me over the package at 1:19 PM.

I haven't had much experience with DHL Express in the past but recently I had an important gift shipped through this company and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Steven - thank you for going above and beyond! I sincerely appreciate you!

Been waiting outside to pick up a package for 15 mins. The rep says only one person allowed in the lobby at a time and that he is going to get clocked out and won't be able to help me because they close at 8p and he is currently tending to a large order. What a joke for picking up just one envelop.

Extremely terrible customer experience here. Two male in the front desk asked me to provide three copies of return invoice while I just had two copies from merchandise. I called merchandise and confirmed I had enough paperwork for the return, but those two male in this DHL store just refused to deliver and had shockingly terrible mood speaking with people.

Shocking in-persona verbal attack by service employee at DHL Express ServicePoint on Kern Avenue.I was waiting outside in the cold for 40 minutes with a ready to drop-off package while the customer ahead inside the small heated office took his time packing his huge microwave shipment, writing his waybill and correcting mistakes on the terminal.When I poked my head in to politely ask if there was a faster way for me and two other women behind to drop off our parcels (usually a procedure followed by UPS, FedEx and USPS) the service guy yelled at me to stay put outside.After 40 minutes I was able to finally enter the drop-off office and walked towards the terminal. The service guy continued his tirade screaming "You don't how to wait in line. This is the real world" and when I tried to speak he threatened me with "You're on a cam recorder and we are recording you". He also swore under his breath several times. I stated over and over "I am your customer. How can you treat me this way?". He replied twice "I don't care. I don't care." I said that I was going to report his anger issues to his manager and he again iterated that he didn't care --- because he knows DHL Kern doesn't care either.I called DHL Kern and filed a complaint and request to discipline their employee. I still havn't heard from the Supervisor.Do not go to DHL Express on Kern Avenue. There is a reason DHL is cheaper than other services. DHL is inefficient and their in-person customer service is the worst in the Bay Area.

Put on hold without being acknowledged, hung up on twice after holding over 10 minutes, tracking number never works, and the drivers are extremely rude.

Happy to see a local DHL service point in Sunnyvale. Especially, when I need to ship packages to Asia.However, I feel DHL should introduce weekend deliveries as well. It takes 10 days + to receive/send packages to India.

I arrived to drop off a package, and someone was already waiting for help. I waited ten minutes, left to do an errand, and came back maybe fifteen minutes later. Someone else was waiting for help, and I got helped after another ten minute wait.A facility of this size should have a dedicated clerk for the front desk, or a method to help customers more. My experience doesn't seem unusual.

I wish I could give DHL zero stars. I've had to visit this place more often than I'd like because every time something is supposed to be delivered to my house the tracking shows that it's just sitting in their warehouse for days and days. Customer service says it's due to 'courier workload'....BS!!! DHL, you suck.

DHL has been disappointing me over and over and over again. I'd never order this item if I knew it would be delivered by DHL. First, only the item arrived to my city, it turned out they didn't deliver to PO box. I changed the address to my physical one, was home that day waiting but somehow they "missed me". I got sick of this and changed the delivery to pickup. They said they would let me know when the item was ready for pick up. I #$^& need this item urgently!!!! Today I'm finding out the item has arrived and they never informed me. It's already late, so the next day I can pick it up is Monday, which is freaking late. Stay away from DHL at all costs!!!!
