I needed to update the credit card information for my care pass. The attendant was very thoughtful and helpful. I got the feeling she genuinely cared that I received good care and really appreciated it.

What i can say, worse pharmacy store i ever see. The pharmacy stuff tells you to leave at 5pm while they are open till 6pm. Attitude is also terrible.

Really terrible and inconvenient hours. Long lines. And even common drugs are often out of stock, with the short working hours, it’s often means several days of delay of getting my drug.

They always close early. Horrible customer service, rude cashiers, no one to help you, always closed before the posted closing time in the CVS app

My overall experience with pharmacy prescription pick-up was positive until yesterday. I visited CVS to retrieve my medicine after work, arriving around 5:50 pm to find a lengthy pick-up queue. Despite waiting for approximately 30 minutes and reaching the counter, I was informed by the attendant that their system had closed, leaving me unable to collect my prescription. This unexpected turn of events was disheartening. If the hard system shut-down time was known to be 6:15 pm, it would have been beneficial for the staff to inform those in the queue earlier, preventing unnecessary wait times and allowing individuals to attempt pick-up on the following day. Unfortunately, there was no such prior notification, leading everyone in the queue to believe they could receive their medicine, as long as they are in-line before the 6 pm closing time. Considering that many prescription pick-up customers are patients, enduring a prolonged wait is particularly challenging for them, making it a significant waste of time. This incident reflects a lack of consideration for customers and a lack of mindfulness on the part of the pharmacy staff.

This review is specifically for the photo booth. I had to click a photo for a US visa and the one they clicked wasn't accepted in US VAC in India. So the purpose of the photo wasn't fulfilled. The photo must have white background whereas the one I received had an off-white (blueish) background. The office said it is valid for a US passport but not a US visa.CVS gives a checklist along with the photos which says that all criteria are fulfilled but this one isn't. Perhaps this is a detail that the customer should know and not CVS folks.Also, the photo clarity wasn't nice. This was due to the inexperienced person at the store. I believe some minor training is needed to get clear photos if you're charging $16 for it. The end result was slightly blurry which I didn't like. It did pass the checks but it's clearly not up to the mark. They showed the photo before printing it but refused to retake it. We hoped for better clarity while printing but that wasn't the case. The person suggested that I go to another CVS store which wasn't possible due to time issues. It wasn't any hardware issue but just human errors.

This is not a pharmacy is a garbage company I been using Cvs more than 10 years in NY it was a busy store it was running smooth in 10 years never even once out of stock Garden City New York this Sunnyvale store different story every month at least twice if you running out of stock order before you run out l know that’s to hard Great job hopefully by end of next year you already closed because you’re customer satisfaction is 2.8 out of 5 probably you think is 2.8 out of 3 haha dream on

Completely wasted my time. Got to the store at 10:45, since the website and Google maps say it’s open until 11. Store door was completely locked. What the hell is this?

I went at 10:50 pm on a Tuesday to grab some medicine for my baby and the doors were locked when the store should be open until 11. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

My insurance won't cover one of my medications, and when I requested a refill for my medication on the Caremark portal they (CVS) told me I needed to contact them. So I called them to refill the prescription and they told me my insurance doesn't cover it. I told them I already know this and that I will pay full price for the brand name version. I ended up getting the medication, but apparently they don't keep a record of any of this so I have had to call every single month to have the exact same conversation. I told them I didn't want to call every month for the same reason over and over again so they told me they would set up automatic refill when I picked it up (they didn't). Just a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense.

There was a lady at the front who worked there and tried to press the buttons on the self checkout machine for me even after I told her to please let me do it by myself. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, will not be returning.
