The pharmacy staff are very slow and not very friendly with the exception of the supervisor. They don't come to you and you have to yell across the counter to talk to them and they are very bad at communicating.
They were closed at the middle of the day without anyone to guide you especially if you are old with possibly special needs. Half of the kiosks are randomly closed and hard to find someone to get help.
Thanks to Kim, their supervisor, we were able to finally explain our very basic ask after minutes of arguing with their front desk staff.

I consistently have problems refilling my medication at this location. Despite having the same doctor and same prescription for over a year, I frequently have to call to ask whether my refill is being processed. About half the time, they tell me they can’t fill my prescription because my doctor is out of the area since she has 1 SoCal office and 1 NorCal office. Most recently, my doctor sent in my prescription on 4/16. Today, 4/26, I called 4 times, being hung up on by the automated system twice and put on hold by a representative who didn’t come back until I got hung up on a third time. When I finally got through they said they’d fill it, after having wasted more than half an hour trying to get through today. Incredibly inefficient and frankly obnoxious to have to deal with just to get refills of the medication I need in order to function. Unfortunately, with my insurance and the number of medications I need refilled on a regular basis, I have a shortage of options available, but if you have the choice I’d suggest going elsewhere for your prescription needs. I also once bought a decorative home item that stopped working the same day I bought it — complete trash.

This is my local CVS and the service I've received there has been mixed at best. I've had multiple problems with ordering photo products there. I received a photo puzzle that was clearly not checked by quality control. Then I had a really aggravating time trying to get the correct photo puzzle and finally a refund. I haven't had other similar problems at other locations so maybe this is unique to this location. I don't know. Generally, the service people there don't seem very well trained and/or don't seem to care that much about quality customer service. Some have seemed like it was an imposition to ask them for help or to find something. That is, when you actually find someone that is willing to help. The one exception is the pharmacy department. Other than waiting in long lines, which is more of the norm than the exception, the pharmacy personnel have been quite pleasant and helpful. I'm currently looking for an alternative to where I purchase my pharmaceutical products. I'd rather not patronize this location any longer.

The doctor was super discriminative, unfair, and unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment at the CVS clinics, waited 1h+, and the doctor canceled our appointment right in front of us, simply because the staff doesn't like us. The other people in the store expressed their support but could help with nothing. This doctor/nurse, she doesn't care about anything other than her own feelings. We demand that the store fire this doctor/nurse for her ruthless actions.

Total waste is time. Their webpage doesn’t let you make flu shot appointments. I drive all the way down there and wait in line to be told I can’t get a flu shot. No consideration of people’s time. I am moving to Walgreens.

Here on Business from out of town and my sweethearts not feeling good so I called the nearest CVS I listened to their automated number that says the front door is open till 11:00 although the farm is closed at 9:00 but that's not a problem cuz I just need some items from the front of the store including some contact lens solution that she didn't have. It helps if they were open their advertised hours to begin with cuz I sent her for about 10 minutes trying to figure out a backup plan at least a dozen cars if not more came and pulled up with anger people knocking on the door at 10:05 when they're open till 11:00. No explanation no note no anything worst experience with CVS ever complete management failure will never stop them again and moving my prescriptions ASAP. They truly just don't care for their customers any longer. A reasonable manner should have been here to keep the store open I don't care if they don't have enough employees change your outgoing message and put a sign in the door apologizing can I see you again

The worst place ever. even if you book an appointment for vaccine shots and you show up and the lady says that she is overloaded and cancels it without any heads-up. avoid this location like a plague.

The pharmacy is so sloppy concerning picking up prescriptions. The doctor can tell the pharmacists to fill a prescription and have me pick it up on a certain day, yet the pharmacists won't sell it by lying to me claiming that I arrived too early, or that they never got a call to fill a prescription. There was even one time when I encountered an angry pharmacist with this obnoxious nerd tone and she sent me to another CVS pharmacy that also didn't have the medication I needed. The management is an embarrassment and the higher-ups should be ashamed of themselves.

My recent visit to CVS was made exceptional by cashier Jasmin. She went above and beyond by personally walking me to the aisle to find the item I needed and helping me use my coupon effectively, saving me money. Her outstanding customer service truly made my day. Jasmin is amazing!
