The pharmacist I talked to needs more people skills. Literally looks as if her parents forced her to get a day job at cvs. She had me wait a while but with barely any communication during this time.On a less emotional note, the wait time to get Covid tests through my insurance was unreasonably long, especially given there were barely any other customers (+25 minutes or paperwork for some reason). I would try to avoid this place in the future. There have been better CVS I've been to in the past.

My parents switch insurance to Aetna, the preferred the pharmacy is CVS. Walgreens told me that all prescriptions are able to be transferred as long as CVS request. We choose CVS located in 298 W McKinley Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (in side target store) as our pharmacy due to close home. My sister waits a long line in CVS, when line up to my sister, the technician tells her to other line for questions, so she is line up again. Finally the CVS told her cannot transfer prescription from Walgreens, ask my sister to call doctor to get new prescription. Doctor's office said doctor has issued medication for 3month to Walgreens in Nov 2022, the prescription should be able to transfer. Finally Doctor Office issued new prescription to CVS today (1/19/2023) per my request. My parents have seven different doctors with more than 7 prescriptions that will lots of work and trouble doctors for unnecessary troubles for all doctors, so I called CVS for manager. A pharmacist (man) who said he cannot hear me due to voice too lower, when I raise my voice, he said I rude to him. He even did not want to know the problems, only want me to provide my parents name and birthday for the medication; he also lied to me that was no refill. I am so sorry that CVS hire the person like that, if do not want to do some business, just make a announcement, so people don't have to wait a long line. Also, don't treat the people with a lie.

Scheduled a Covid shot, got a confirmation, but when I showed up at the store the Pharmacist (a lady) told me that I don't have an appointment. I showed her my appointment, then she said I'm not eligible for a shot, I showed her my Covid vaccination records and she said I may have made a mistake and need to make another appointment and come back other day. When I asked if that can be fixed in the system she said they don't have enough vaccines. Which one is the reason? Why she kept making up an excuse? Horrible!!! What a waste if time. She even accused me that I probably have got another shot somewhere? Wow, this is the worst Pharmacist I have dealt with. Stay away.I should have given zero star if possible.

Abnormal waiting time. Only one person at the counter and might not be familiar their work. Very slow. My doctor said my medicine would be ready in 1hour but it’s still not ready after 1day! !! Wasting 1.5hour here. Do not send your prescription to here!!!

Never open when they should be. Puts up lunch sign for 1:30 - 2:00p. Waited until 2:30p, no one. Supposed to close at 7p, show up at 6p, closed, no one. Don’t come here.

Long lines all the time. Only one worker is on duty every time I come. Not the pharmacists’ fault but CVS needs to hire more people since it is a busy location. Such a waste of time just waiting in line.

Kenny the pharmacist is working entirely alone. They do not call you if your prescription is ready, on back order, or completed. If you call the automatic response says you don't have a prescription in the queue. SMH

This store carries almost nothing. It's looks like it was robbed...everyday, LOL. The people are rude and there is an announcement in cosmetics area, that sounds like " Hey you possible robbers, SE HAVE BEEN ALERTED TO YOUR PRESENCE"!!!So, if you were going to rob us please leave now. Thank you

The pharmacist was really helpful after I moved across the country and was able to get my meds transferred and filled. I really appreciated having one less thing to worry about. This was my first experience but they seem reliable to me
