This pharmacy is always closed when you need them.

Terrible operating hours for the pharmacy. What’s the point of being a pharmacy if you’re not open when people can get off of work to pick up their prescriptions.

I went at 10:50 pm on a Tuesday to grab some medicine for my baby and the doors were locked when the store should be open until 11. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

They were good in earlier 2023 but have fallen off completely in the second half of this year. Changed hours so that they are closed Sundays. Half the prescriptions my doctor sends here never arrive. Look elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

My insurance won't cover one of my medications, and when I requested a refill for my medication on the Caremark portal they (CVS) told me I needed to contact them. So I called them to refill the prescription and they told me my insurance doesn't cover it. I told them I already know this and that I will pay full price for the brand name version. I ended up getting the medication, but apparently they don't keep a record of any of this so I have had to call every single month to have the exact same conversation. I told them I didn't want to call every month for the same reason over and over again so they told me they would set up automatic refill when I picked it up (they didn't). Just a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense.

My mom ended up getting a cut from a knife. We ran to MinuteClinic but there are no walk-ins anymore... which is odd because we've walked in to MinuteClinic in the past for injuries. We then went to the pharmacist to ask where we can get the dressing done... but the dumb guy in line acted like we were cutting him. The pharmacist was also extremely rude and said to go to the Minute Clinic when we told him there were no walk-ins available. Dumb guy - there is a difference between asking a quick question and being in line to pick up a prescription. In any store you are allowed to ask questions to a cashier without being in line. Not thrilled with the lack of support from CVS. The rude Pharmacist dude acted like I was disrupting his whole day.

Worst experience ever with cashier. Extremely rude, impolite, no customer service skills whatsoever. She seemed very irritated and looked like she didn't want to be there. Never got her name, but has tattoos on her right arm. Luckily for her, I didn't cuss her out!!!!

Worst Pharmacy. Staff is not diligent....:( Most of the time they have a routine response that Insurance does not cover even though the Insurance does cover. I have wasted lot of money and time calling insurance/pharmacy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. One of the worst pharmacies I have ever had the misfortune to use. The pharmacist is unbelievably rude. When I went to pick up my prescription I saw the pharmacist yell at people who came to get flu shots. She was incredibly upset when a man came in to request flu shots for his kids. If that wasn't enough she looked at the people in the Long Queue and yelled at them too for no reason. If you hate people so much then being a pharmacist is a bad career choice for you. I have made several attempts to refill my prescription but they keep me on hold for a few minutes to simply hang up.

I felt the blond pharmacist's attitude has a lot to improve. I went in the store to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy is pretty empty. I am the only one in line, and even locked eye with the pharmacist for a few times, yet she showed no emotion, and continued to work on her computer, and have me wait for some more moments. She didn't say a word on passing me the medicine, and she only gave me instruction after I stopped her and asked explicitly. Turns out she didn't even pay attention to whether my prescription is new or not. Of all the pharmacies I have been to, she is the only silent one. I felt she is derelict in her duty as a pharmacist.

I use this place because it's close to where I live but I leave every interaction frustrated and annoyed. English communication is poor. If you call ahead they are so busy cutting you off trying to get you off the phone that that don't listen and then ask you all the same things you just said. So for example if your medication changes dose-- watch out. They may ping your dr for the wrong one instead of just refilling the newest. They will also say your insurance didn't cover something when actually they didn't apply it-- so always double check before paying. The store is clean, but OTC items are overpriced.
