Too NOISY! The kind reception tried to help me find a room that's not noisy and to no avail. After a long flight, now I'm stuck with a room with a lot of noise and there goes my sleep... frustrating!

Mattresses are too hard and pillows are have no structure so it’s pointless to use. Also the power was out for like 8 hours the other day but all the neighbors had electricity…. Did courtyard forget to pay electricity?
