With the appointment system, it is really easy and relatively quick to get in and out. I check in and go watch a show or have lunch in Costco and by the time I am done my car is finished.

I had an appointment for tire rotation and balance. Came to the tire center 10 minutes early to find no one tending the counter. Waited 10 minutes to finally check in.
