Horrible service. New tellers unfamiliar with their tasks, wasting customer's time. Only one teller during peak lunch hour. Banker insisted on their customer to cut in front of the line while other customers waited 20-30 minutes.

Would like to recommend this Citibank branch to everybody. The manager Ed Russell is exceptional and so are the staff members, they all have helped me at different times for different needs, always very efficiently and with a smile. Never had a problem with this bank I've been with them since 2001!!

First-time reviewer, but Ed at Citibank blew me away! He's got the brains (financial wizard!) and the heart (genuinely cares!). Solved my banking issue with ease and made me feel like a VIP. Rare find in banking! 5 stars, no doubt!

South Mary branch provides fast and excellent service. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the branch manager, Ed Russell is very knowledgeable, helpful, calm and patient. He helped me and my wife a lot in our banking and transactions. I appreciate Ed's excellent customer service. I always see him very polite and nice to customers and employees. This is how a real manager should be like. This is the best branch I like to go in the area.

Big or small, the personnel in the local bank are those that make a difference in how the bank is perceived. The staff at this bank have been outstanding. While everyone I've interacted with has been great, I should single out Ed Russell the branch manager, as well as Yitong Liu who have often gone out of the way to help.
