They get you excited telling you there's discounts on certain days. I went and paid at the pump like usual. Then I see NO discounts. When I spoke to an employee about it he said it's only if I paid inside. That's an important fact they should tell customers. I felt that was deceitful.

My car was robbed during the carwash. They took my fast trak from my glove compartment and I won't ever return to this place again. Totally shady operation.

? Born and raised in the Bay Area. This by far is the worst car wash place that I’ve ever been to in my life. If you care about your car do not take it to this car wash you will beat yourself up. Literally!! You will get your car scratched and damaged and at the end you’re car will come out worse then before. Ohh if your wondering why I have one star that’s the only way I can post my comment. Trust me ??

Been coming here for 4 years. Old staff (Indian man&woman, short hispanic lady) much much better. Fix the receipt machine on the pumps so I don't have to come in and deal with you and your challenges to a fight bc I'm running late. I have to be in Comm Hill SJ and back to MV in 2 hours. AND my company Vice President plus Regional Manager are in the building. Wait till they find out I didn't finish all my duties. Thanks Alot

Tl;dr tire pressure gauge shows incorrect readingsI went to get the tire pressure checked, it showed incorrect readings and I ended up paying for adding air, and it didn’t seem to work well. Ended up spending a lot of time without being confident about the tire pressure :(

Owners have no integrity. Car wash broke my windshield. Had witnesses including one car wash employee. Also had video from the car wash that supported my claim, but they wouldn't give it to me. Manager refused to give me their insurance info. They were combative and rude.

Really skeevy. They have huge signs advertising the car washes, including a blinking sign. Paid $30 for a car wash, and they said they wouldn't give me one or refund me...

Great service at the car wash! Someone immediately ran over to help with choosing options/service and guided the car into the lane. I also felt like they spent more time scrubbing with the brush to prep the car than other similar places.
