Recently opened an account at this branch and have to say from the customer service member when I walked in , to the rep who helped me to the teller a few days later on my second trip in , EXCELLENT. Everyone greeted with a smile and hello and seemed happy to have me as a customer. In times of online banking and limited interaction , this was refreshing. Knowledgeable staff that answered my questions in full. What I can say is have not seen this type of service especially in financial in a looong time So thank you to all the great members here and highly recommend this branch with my famous and rarely given 5+ rating !

Very friendly and efficient. Matt O'Leary has been a great advisor in getting my checking and credit card set up.He was very patient with my curious son explaining the principle behind credit cards and online security.Other staff I dealt with were also good.

The worker Lex and Brinda are extremely disrespectful they both discriminate against me and refuse to cash my check??? They say there unable to cash the check and they give me no reason why ??? These trash employees need to learn costumer service and how to meet and greet costumers there attitudes are just trash I'm going to be contacting cooperate also ASAP !!!!! They declined me for me reason treated me extremely rude and told me to go to another cash bank !!!!! I will definitely definitely be calling cooperate on both of them they both need to be replaced with employees that have proper training and respect!!!!!! Both Brinda and Lex need to be fired and let go they have no respect I really really wish I could have filmed this situation so they could be exposed both of them ! They have no respect and no nothing about costumer service pleas cooperate teach them a lesson!!! Never get this comfortable someone can allways be replaced and learn some respect!!!! Pleas !!!! Your guyses costumer service is trashhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! And rude !!!!!!!!!!

This review is about the online services I received today when inquiring about increasing our card limit. My husband and I have had Marriott Bonvoy Chase card for more than 20 years. We pay it off every month no matter what. 3 weeks ago we spoke with the company and answered their questions. Waited 1 week with no response. When we went to the our account, we saw that it was denied due to Equifax account was locked. We unlocked it and again 2 weeks later, still no contact. Today after being transferred to 6, yes 6, different people and 45 minutes on the phone, I was disconnected. No return call as of yet. Why when a husband and wife have a joint account, will companies not speak with the little wife unless the big husband gives them permission? Shame on companies that do this kind of treatment. I make almost as much as my husband and to be treated this way. Shame on you.

I have been a loyal customer to chase bank for years. however today is the last time I will ever set foot in this location of the branch. the tellers are rude and judgemental. Most unprofessional people I have ever met. laughing and judging people is cruel. Making them feel small and stupid is mean. I will go to the one on Hamilton in Palo Alto from now on. this review is for the teller I had to deal with today.

Worst service of all time.Bankers are clueless and when we call the helpline I got a different answer to my query each time.Never put money hereIt used to be my favorite bank. But the banking system is surely broken in this country.
