Staff is lack of experience and knowledge which made them not confident to make decisions. As a result, things take a long time to complete. Also, employees were talking and chatting in the receptionist area. Very unprofessional and poorly managed branch.

Worst bank to deal with. I have came twice and spent hours just to add my wife into the accounts. After that, I have to call 3 times to get the debit card sent to us.

Never answer the phone. The reception area is super nice and usually good service in the lobby. Please start answering the phone

So impressed by the entire intake and online platform experience. I opened an IRA account online with no issue. I called customer service, who was very responsive and they guided me to visit the local branch for a deposit. I got to the Sunnyvale local branch, and the front desk personnel were knowledgeable, quick, and welcoming. They will definitely be keeping my business.

Not open yet. My bank (Federal Credit Union) has been open for months. I checked the two Schwab locations nearest me, this being one of them, no joy. Not open period. Come on, are you going to stay closed forever? We need to learn how to live with COVID-19, not shrink from it. I get it, not open to the public. Fine. I'd like to make an appointment then. Oops, can't. This office isn't open at all. Frustrating.

I've had 2 great advisors who unfortunately left Schwab. I asked for Suki Lee as she was experienced and the only woman left in the Sunnyvale Branch. First she never shared her screen with my acct info as the prior advisors. Then she told me the prior advisors were wrong in their advising with me on how to handle my accts. She would not help me and told me I needed to hire their financial advisor for my not managed accounts that had been with Schwab the whole time. When she asked for my password is when I began doubting her. I knew from my prior advisors this is not done. I had to tell her twice I wasn't going to give it to her. She became rude very quickly and told me we couldn't work together as I didn't trust her. Leading me out she was all smiles in the office but she is all fake. She told me she would have her supervisor call me and that was March 3rd. I am very disappointed and have waited to write a review but I went into Schwab that day happy and came out visible shook. Avoid this person.

Service at this location has improved in recent time. The older gentleman at the front is a class act - always friendly and professional. No problems processing deposits and opening new accounts. Would recommend coming at any time except near closing hours - when you are almost always guaranteed to wait.

I had a brokerage account with them from when I was working for SGI and kept that account with my other other stock investments. The records they keep of my investments is at best inaccurate. the price on my stocks shown on the website is much lower than what I paid for. Also there is apparently some missing stocks and when I asked to have that investigated and corrected there was total silence. I found Capital one investing to be much much better in terms of service, record accuracy and commission price. I will be moving my stocks soon.

Rude service from VP Martin L. My previous Schwab Account Manager was much more professional and helpful. When he left, they assigned me Martin. During my meetings with Martin, he seemed very impatient and condescending. In one memorable meeting, he wanted to wrap up and before I could even pack up, he left his office and opened the front door of the Sunnyvale Office. He comes off very friendly and family focused, but he really didn't seem sincere in wanting to help me succeed. And yes, he likes to tout how long he's been there. At least for me and my family, it wasn't a good fit.
