“I had a great experience with JJ (Customer Service) and Mike (the owner). I was greeted by JJ and he was very helpful from the moment my daughter and I walked into the showroom. I explained that I called over the weekend, and to my surprise he remembered me calling. Which was nice because he remembered exactly what I was looking for. He then led us to the back area where they have a VERY large amount of remnant carpets to choose from. Great variety, colors, patterns and prices. After finding what I was looking for Mike gave me a great deal!!! Which I was very appreciative of due to the fact that I am newly on my own and doing my best to still have a comfortable life. JJ also carried and loaded the carpet into my car for me! I will definitely recommend Floors To Go to anyone looking for flooring and will be back anytime I have a flooring need!! There are so many nuances involved with selecting the appropriate blind for each application ... we have worked with multiple vendors and finally working with Paiman at PKS has been a breath of fresh air as we have been getting the right education to prevent future costly mistakes. There is no sales pressure and Paiman's primary objective is to plan for and execute the right solution from the very beginning. We have already purchased a set of Hunter Douglas blinds and based on our satisfaction, we are now proceeding with selecting blinds the rest of our house with PKS. Highly recommended!”
